Once Underground, No One Is Safe By Colonel X

http://noriohayakawa2012.blogspot.com/2010/10/news-bulletinanthony-sanchez-releases.html

Anthony Sanchez’ new book, UFO HIGHWAY, apparently derives its title from the actual Highway 375 in Nevada which was officially declared by the State of Nevada as EXTRATERRESTRIAL HIGHWAY in the late 1990’s because of its proximity to Area 51.

However, Anthony’s UFO HIGHWAY goes beyond that.

All these significant military bases are interconnected through a symbolic “highway”.

There is plenty of commonality among these interesting facilities.

And they all relate to the rumors concerning UFOs and how “beliefs” play a major role in the military’s maintenance of secrecy.

Yes, we all know that there doesn’t seem to be any hard, solid, tangible, physical evidence to say that there is more than just the superficial structures behind all these facilities.

Yet there are circumstantial evidences that seem to point out that there is “something” under the physical facade of these facilities.

The Dulce Interview: Retired USAF Colonel Confirms Secret Military Installation at Dulce

http://www.theufochronicles.com/2010/07/dulce-interview-retired-usaf-colonel.html

Background Information

Anthony SanchezThis interview was held at a private residence in Placer County, CA. on January 6th, 2010 conducted by researcher Anthony F. Sanchez, with a retired USAF Colonel to recall the events surrounding a classified 1979 incident which took place at Dulce, NM.

This includes details involving (Colonel X) who was assigned to Dulce as part of a special Medical Detachment where he learned the history and circumstances surrounding the 1940 Dulce Discovery event; a harrowing event, as claimed by the Colonel, filled with many intriguing details, which have never been revealed to the public before.

Preface

Because of the enigmatic nature surrounding the UFO phenomenon and how it typically negatively affects those who come forth with disclosure, my source, (Colonel X), has requested anonymity.

Therefore, I have obtained the information from (Colonel X) with assurance that his name would not be divulged under any set of circumstances, or until such time that I am given permission to do so.

His military record, academic credentials and current work as a professor in Northern California have been vetted and deemed completely legitimate.

On January 8th, 2010 (Colonel X) submitted to two tests by a certified forensic polygraph examiner. I specifically chose an examiner who knew nothing of the case as to prevent him from later remembering or identifying my source who requests total anonymity.

I personally structured all the questions (outside the innocuous), ensuring that we conceal the secretive nature of the ‘story’ away from the polygraph examiner. Also, the name of the subject was never given to the examiner, nor was his name asked during the exam. Again, this allowed us to retain anonymity of (Colonel X).

But all questions were accordant to the Colonel’s understanding in that they reflected his direct involvement at Dulce. He passed two independent examinations.

The forensic Polygraph Examiner can ‘possibly’ reveal the identity of (Colonel X); as such, he was never made aware of the significance of Dulce or the reason for the exam. His selection (the examiner) was made after meeting specific criteria, ensuring prevention of leaks from discovery of the story’s premise.

Therefore I will not divulge the name of the examiner used, except for revealing that he is a retired law enforcement officer and now a private investigator, also from Northern California.

All the accounts mentioned in this interview are real. There are no fictional characters, and each of these events happened exactly as I have written them based on the personal testimony provided by (Colonel X), the only known speaking ‘first-hand witness’ to events at Dulce.

And more than anyone else, I am still surprised as I am grateful, for this interview held with the Colonel. I firmly believe that his testimony will be the catalyst to the exposure of what really is happening beneath the Mesa at Dulce NM, and how it affects all of us.

Interview

January 6th 2010, 9:00 A.M. (PST)
Colonel’s Private Residence
Sierra Nevada Region, Placer County, CA

A.S.: Colonel, what are you doing today; are you still involved with the Military?

C.X.: No, after leaving the Air Force I went back to school and earned two post graduate degrees in Psychology. Today I teach graduate students at a college right here in Northern California. I’m still happily married and have three children. All three are grown now and doing quite well on their own, and I am very thankful they live close by.

A.S.: So you live a pretty normal life, was it always this way?

C.X.: No it wasn’t, and I guess that’s why we are here to talk.

During the latter half of my military career while I was still a Major with the U.S. Air Force I can remember how arduously hard I worked towards a promotion to Lieutenant Colonel. That’s all I wanted … Anyhow, at about that time everything about my career was quite normal, proceeding quite well.

I was stationed out of McClellan Air Force Base near Sacramento, CA. assigned to a Medical Detachment specializing in an area of Psychiatric and Behavioral Studies for both the USAF (and occasionally the Central Intelligence Agency), typically my work involved trips to locations on joint Air Force-CIA special projects. I know that might sound surprising, but it’s accurate.

However, any normalcy in my life ended at about that time; everything I knew would change for many years to come. It began after I received orders to report to Edwards AFB, from there I would fly on a special assignment to conduct interviews at a secret installation in Dulce, NM. That was all I knew about the assignment.

I remember thinking to myself, “Where in the world was Dulce?” For one, I had never heard of the place. Secondly, and to the best of my knowledge, I was certain that none of the people I had served with knew of Dulce, either. It had never been mentioned before and was never on any list of installations that I had reported to.

The orders informed me that I was to adhere to strict protocol under our classified guidelines, as this was a top secret assignment. This was nothing new for me, my specialty detachment typically operated at various levels of classification, so our regular operating protocol was to always treat each new job with a standard compartmentalized approach.

I had been assigned on many top secret projects before, and in fact, the year before the Dulce assignment I had been on one particular job having to do with a recovery mission from a crash site located near Fort Irwin down south. A USAF C-130E Hercules with six men aboard had nearly collided several times with an object of unknown origin traveling at a super high rate of speed estimated at 1500-2000 miles per hour.

The survivors said the unidentified object appeared to be tracking them, almost playing with them, coming closer with each pass. One man reported that a deafening high-pitch sound penetrated the plane’s walls, drowning out the aircraft’s own engine noise, causing them painful headaches. By the final pass from the object, the C-130E immediately began to stall, ultimately crashing. Two men died.

This is what I did; what my detachment was for … Our team reported to these types of incidents, and they happened more often than you would think.

My role was to assist with physical and psychiatric evaluations of any surviving personnel. Mainly what we would do was conduct an initial, that’s medical lingo for a first interview with the patient, and then we’d investigate and document the investigation, all aspects. In some cases we’d facilitate triage if necessary and then conduct exit interviews before submitting our final report.

In any event, we never were sure as to what the entire nature of the Irwin incident was; however, one man we evaluated had been subjected to something so severe during the incident that eventually he had to be discharged, medically for mental instability.

And whatever it was they saw out there, was definitely traumatic enough to make them succumb to an arbitrary psychological condition causing both paranoia and terror. It was pretty severe.

I know you want to talk about Dulce, but it’s important that I mention this event, in addition to other areas of my work, because it’s what prepared me for Dulce, and with a great level of relevance. You can be certain of it.

A.S.: Do you mean, relevant to your work?

C.X.: Exactly … This assignment was something that caught me completely off guard. Something I don’t think I was prepared for … even if the Air Force felt that I was.

I don’t know who recommended me, but I noticed that the two most qualified people in my area of expertise were pooled together for this assignment, me being one of them. Usually when on assignment we operated in a team of four to six people per detachment, but this time it was to be just three of us. Later a fourth would be added, but not in our field of expertise.

What I immediately can recall was that upon first reaching the entrance to the Dulce Installation was that it appeared to be eerily similar in design to that of Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (NORAD) where I had been stationed twice before, except the entrance was half the size.

If you were flying above this place at any distance greater than a few hundred feet, you would never know it was there. Only by landing directly near the front gate on a obscure landing pad could you see the entrance. It was very clever how they used the desert land-cover to conceal the entrance. Only by coordinates could you find it.

A.S.: Colonel, I hate to do this … but before going into detail about Dulce can you briefly describe your work at Cheyenne Mountain?

C.X.: Well … before joining and starting OTS at Lackland, I had already earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Back then I had often pondered about one day earning an M.D. in Psychiatry, but once I was fully entrenched, I was too busy; and the travel involved quelled any ideas for additional higher education. Plus, Basic Officer Training had been tough enough.

So, at that time an M.D. was simply out of the question until after my military career was over, possibly. But wouldn’t you know it, I chose to forgo an M.D. in Psychiatry and decided that teaching Psychology would be a much more relaxing and rewarding career path for me after the military. And it is.

Anyhow, during my time with the Air Force I was selected for assignment with a classified medical detachment, as you know already. How we operated was simple, we specialized in performing a battery of psychological and behavioral evaluations of military personnel (from any branch) in two manners of protocol. One scenario would be to conduct psychological assessments of personnel after ‘Type-X events’, and in the other scenario, we would be called to evaluate potential candidates prior to consideration for any ‘special assignment’ that involved a unique set of circumstances, through both psychological and behavioral assessment.

A Type-X event or incident involves a death or accident caused by unknown phenomena. These events are classified, usually falling under some umbrella of secrecy; the very reason why my unit was created.

A.S.: Was it normal for your detachment to work at places like Cheyenne?

C.X.: Oh yes, at Cheyenne there was regular evaluation required for any potential long-term personnel slated for work at the installation. This was to help identify and combat the affects of working in various levels of prolonged confinement, especially within a deeply embedded or subterranean environment.

As you probably know, central operations at Cheyenne are housed at approximately 600 meters within the mountain and there are various levels of ranging depths to other key operating areas below the mountain’s base.

It was quite common to encounter new people who had reservations over working these assignments, but to the military … if these people were selected at the ‘top’ of their grade and ‘qualified’ with a specific specialization meeting certain requirements … well then, they had to be evaluated, and in rare cases (convinced) to perform their job.

This could be done either through psychiatric sessions, or by medicating, or both.

A.S.: Very interesting, are you saying that many people at NORAD are medicated?

C.X.: Oh no … not at all. With about 1500 personnel operating the base at any one time, you maybe had 3-5 people with simple diagnoses such as low-level claustrophobic anxiety, the most common in these environments. But if we ever suspected that someone possessed a high-level or an acute claustrophobic or taphephobic anxiety … there was no way in ‘hell’ they would be permitted to operate there.

A.S.: Taphephobic?

C.X.: ‘Taphephobic’ is the fear of being buried alive. Anyhow, these situations would require too much physician interaction and the potential for bad effects from medicating, which would not be conducive to facilitating a successful work environment, for anyone.

No, anyone found to be suffering from any acute psychological condition as a result of the environment, was simply re-assigned. The work was the same every where I went on these assignments … except for at the Dulce installation.

A.S. :How was Dulce different?

C.X.: At first it was because of circumstance. My assignment was always the same: you conduct an investigation, perform psychological analyses of all the personnel involved, and then submit a final report to the commanding officer, but I had never had been asked to conduct a full investigation, in charge. Such an important task was usually reserved for assignment to a Lieutenant Colonel, someone generally at a director of operations level. At the time I was just a Major.

A Jerry Pippin Special – Dulce: What is Going On?

This program taped before a live audience at the Angel Fire Resort in Northern New Mexico reveals some astounding results of new research that lends creditability to the story that ETs occupy a base deep inside the Archuleta Mesa on the Jicarilla Apache Reservation in the small town of Dulce.

Anthony Sanchez, Norio Hayakawa, and Dennis Balthaser discuss Sanchez’s secret witness, Col. X, and his astounding story about a race of Aliens who are forced to live underneath the surface because of their biological make-up which keeps them from being out in the Earth’s sunlight.

The story of why they are there, why the USG government knows about them and helps harbor them and the details of several violent encounters are detailed in this program.

An Observation:

Were it not for what Dan Burisch has stated regarding what he knew of Dulce, I wouldn’t pay such close attention to this controversial area.

Not because I believe or do not believe. I just don’t know.

I continue to have personal experiences with these creatures, sometimes material, sometimes spiritual. So I know something is going on.

And I know world governments have tried in vain to keep the truth hidden.

But I also know certain powers have put a lot of disinformation out there.

Again, in order to keep hidden what is hidden from us.

So I will read and I will listen. And I will give Colonel “X” a fair hearing.

If it’s too frightening for you, then look away.

    The Uncensored Truth Behind Ufology

    By Anthony F. Sanchez

    http://www.theufochronicles.com/2010/07/uncensored-truth-behind-ufology.html

This past week I have been preparing for a trip to Rio Rancho, NM to meet with Norio Hayakawa to discuss my book on Dulce and UFO research.

I’ ve been researching UFOs since my first hearing of Area 51 back in the late 80s.

By 1990 I was really involved in Ufology, interviewing experiencers, attending discussion groups, and watching as many videotapes as I could.

That’ s right, video tapes – good old fashioned VHS tapes.

If you are as old as I am, or like me, you’ll know that the first real offerings of UFO videos came by way of “Block Buster Video” which was still relatively new at that time.

I can I remember renting every tape off the shelf that was a documentary on UFOs.

This would be all the “In Search Of” tapes, and any other series narrated by your typical semi-retired Star Trek actor, etc.

Late one evening in 1996 I remember walking into Block Buster, and there it was … UFO video gold …

“Area 51: Secrets of Dreamland – The Uncensored Truth Behind the Cover-up of the Century!”

It was new, shrink-wrapped and boy oh boy, there were promises of “new information” … I just had to have it.

As it would turn out, this video was the perfect example for the precursor to what would become the Ufology industry’ s typical talk format used for discussions on secret bases, UFOs, aliens, etc.

Yeah, sure there had already been home-made tapes of MUFON conferences and of a few ancillary UFO symposiums in circulation at that time. But this tape was not like those.

And no one could rival the level of knowledge that the presenter of this Video could. His name was Norio Hayakawa; yeah, that Norio.

People often ask me, “Why do you admire Norio so much?”

Or they’ ll ask, “Aren’ t there other people who are more modern, hip, and up-to-date?”

I often respond with, “If you mean (modern) as in who can scare-or-freak-you-out-the-most … ‘modern’, then it is a firm, no.”

You see, today there are too many people who would choose to hurt UFO research simply to make as many dollars as they can.

And this is what I refer to as the “Freak Show Element.” And to them my answer is also a firm, no.

No … I do not want to hear you regale tales (not your own) of Reptoids raping women, or hear you talk of how your “Human-Reptile Intergalactic Defense Fund”

(for which you desperately require more dollars for),

is working hard to help fight Reptoid discrimination, or to seek support in lobbying congress to change the term Extraterrestrial (E.T.) to “Non-Space-Earthbound-Underground – whatever – whatever.”

    …Enough already.

What we have seen lately is the emergence from the dark ranks of Ufology.

    Those who create stories, do zero research, and work off the backs of others by poaching information and taking credit for it when it is not deserved;

just think about “Sean David Mortenson” for bit, among others – and yes, you know who they are.

When I look for the best that this field has to offer, my personal library is a representation of what I expect from my self as a practicing UFO researcher.

Among my book collection you will find the works of Greg Bishop, Dennis Balthaser, Stanton Freidman, Scott Ramsey, Jim Marrs, etc. people who are exactly what they claim to be, “Serious Researchers”.

What stands out about these people are the years of serious work they have accumulated to present their own supposition.

Not to mention one person in particular who deserves credit for “not pushing his own ideas”, and who instead “allows others” to use his site as a true open forum … Frank Warren.

It takes a lot of integrity to do that.

But one other person who so often gets overlooked because of his honesty, good nature and humble demeanor is Norio Hayakawa.

Norio often allows others to step in front of him, and take the limelight; and if you know him, you often see that he’ s never been one to ask for it.

And in this field, most people are not willing to give it away.

Recently it was brought to my attention from an email sent to me by one of my website visitors, that Norio was supposedly (at the bottom) of the respectability list of UFO researchers.

Really? Are we talking about the same Norio Hayakawa?

Excuse me, but if it were not for the work of Norio half of them wouldn’t have a pedestal to stand on while busy earning their “research dollars” selling books and talking at UFO conferences.

And incidentally, this tidbit of meanness comes by way of one self proclaimed Reptoid expert who ardently allies himself against Norio for not being invited to speak at the 2009 Dulce Conference.

Sorry, but I think Norio was right in thinking the people of the Jicarilla Apache Nation can do with out the “Freak Show Element” which only serves to diminish the true nature of the subject.

Those who really study Dulce, know and will tell you that this whole notion of craziness surrounding the underground bases comes from fantastical stories created after (and from) the only two real sources of evidence; Paul Bennewitz and Myrna Hansen, everything else is highly speculative; period.

Remember that VHS tape I bought at Block Buster back in 1996?

Incredibly my 12 year old son found the tape in the garage “just last week” (along with my – ahem – Tiger Woods, Highlights of the 1995 Masters Tournament tape).

I have not watched the Norio tape since 1997, thinking I had lost it when I bought my new home and moved some 150 miles away in 1998.

That night last week, when my son found the tape, my wife, two sons and I sat there riveted for 83 minutes, astounded at what we were watching.

Norio presented data back then, which people are still discussing to this day; sadly, he gets no credit for these early topics.

    Topics such as conspiracies surrounding

    Area 51 & S-4,

    Tonopah,

    Edwards AFB,

China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station,

    Advanced Tactical Laser Weapons,

    Underground Bases,

    Dulce NM (Four Corners Area),

    Thermo-Nuclear Tunnel Boring Machines,

    Abductions,

    Sightings,

    Paul Bennewitz,

    Los Alamos,

    HAARP,

    Project Blue Beam,

the enigma surrounding Serge Monast and

    so much more…

I mean you could take an entire season of UFO Hunters and see where much of their ideas come from.

Okay, did Norio originate much of these ideas?

No, not necessarily; but ask yourself this, “if you are a researcher, did you discover or originate the topic you are known for?”

Unless you are Stanton Friedman the answer is no.

    However, simply looking at the tape will prove that even for those ideas not originally his;

he sure as heck did have supporting News Paper clippings and Government documents to support his own added supposition.

And that is what separates a researcher apart from a pretender.

And what I love is that in the video of Norio, there were no Power Point presentations with ominous sounding Background Music, or flashy graphics to detract from the real reason of the tape.

Nor did he have an adjoining table with Books to Sell, etc. I don’ t even know if Norio was aware he was being filmed!

(I’ll ask him, upon having him sign my re-discovered VHS tape.)

In any event, the “Freak Show Element” needs to understand, that simply because Norio may not have the delivery of the “Sham-Wow guy” (as they tend to have), this does not mean he should be relegated to the bottom ranks of the “respectability list”.

The data talks louder than one-liners and appearances on Coast to Coast.

So to those who would refuse to recognize just how important Norio is to both Ufology and Conspiracy research … over the last three decades, I have something to say to them, “I too have a list, and you’re not on it.”

And my list matters to those who are like me; those who know the difference.

In closing, a certain (truth seeker) whose work I often read says this, “Always Telling the Truth Means Never Having to Remember Anything.”

I’ ll leave it at that.

  3. blessedistruth Says:

Mr. Sanchez may have a pretty good handle on what is happening here in our 3-D world.

But when it comes to what we earth dwellers are dealing with, it is clear to me we are dealing with more than three dimensions.

Which is why the entire UFO phenomenon is so hard to believe and to understand.

Our own scientists have theorized about multiverses.

I guess we have to start somewhere.

It’s important to know that some of our fellow humans are the perpetrators.

Los Alamos-Dulce ties disclosed by Air Force Colonel !!

    by Norio Hayakawa

    Sepember 28, 2010

    http://noriohayakawa2012.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html

Sanchez disclosed the complete name of the installation as: “Rio Arriba Scientific & Technological Underground Auxiliary”.

He stated that this information came to him directly from a retired Air Force Colonel in January of 2010 when the Colonel invited him for an private interview in his cabin in California.

The interview lasted about three hours and was recorded on tape.

The official, abbreviated form of the Dulce installation is RIO ARRIBA CO, DSD-3 or RIO-AUX, Sanchez told the audience.

This military designation is not found anywhere on the Internet.

Sanchez said that he was told that this designation is “classified” when he made an inquiry with the Military Records in St. Louis.

Another information that stunned Pippin’s audience was the revelation that there are three separate installations in Dulce.

The main underground installation is named TA-D1 and is located, surprisingly (and confirming the long-existing rumor), under Archuleta Mesa!!

The second underground installation (a two-level installation) is named TA-D2 and is located on a non-descript area between the Eastern slope of Archuleta Mesa and County Road 357, close to the Colorado stateline.

The exact location of this Security installation will not be disclosed.

The third installation is called TA-D3 and is located in the Leandro Canyon (close to the Project Gasbuggy site of 1967), about 22 miles southwest of Dulce.

This installation is the farthest from the main complex, but is connected to the main facility by an underground tunnel system, stated Sanchez.

“In fact, all three facilities are interconnected by subterranean tunnels.

The most astounding information that was disclosed to me was that the main facility under the Mesa is also connected to Los Alamos National Laboratories in Los Alamos, New Mexico”.

(A distance of about 65 miles).

In this stunning broadcast, Anthony Sanchez confirmed the Colonel’s statement that there is no record whatsoever of a Thomas Edwin Castello that was ever employed as security personnel in Dulce.

One interesting thing that the Colonel mentioned to Sanchez was that the Colonel and his wife were present incognito at the 2009 Dulce Base Conference which was held in Dulce, New Mexico.

The conferece was held on Sunday, March 29, 2009 and drew about 130 people.

    http://www.ufodigest.com/news/0409/conference-ends.php

The Colonel confirmed to Sanchez that he and his wife were near a parking lot close to the Best Western Jicarilla Inn at 5:50 a.m. on the morning of the conference, sitting and drinking coffee when two military helicopters flew over the building.

One stayed around longer, hovering over the building.

The other circled the area, then scanned some vehicles, including theirs, before leaving.

The Colonel confirmed that the helicopters were from DSD-3.

The Colonel also confirmed to Sanchez that there were two AFOSI investigators sitting there in the audience who he personally recognized.

In addition to them, there were several recogniable LANL scientists, he told Sanchez.

The Colonel stated that were it not for the late Paul Bennewitz and Myrna Hansen, the Dulce story would never have surfaced.

One documentary evidence item (DD-214 Record) to back up the claims of the Colonel was shown to some researchers by Anthony Sanchez

    Hi, Folks:

We have a good outcome. I’m totally delighted. Anthony just sent out this announcement:

    UFO HIGHWAY: The Dulce Interview…

    Dear UFO Enthusiasts

We are happy to announce that the Book UFO HIGHWAY is now available through our website.

If you have a Laptop, PC, Kindle or iPad you can now own the eBook. It is in universal .PDF format and now available.

What had happened was that his wife of 22 years had left him. She had also been financing the publication of the book. Until yesterday, Anthony did not want this information released.

Anthony was smashed, and felt he could not continue. Mel Fabregas, Jerry Pippin and I all encouraged Anthony to go the e-book route – and to get it out as soon as possible. Others have helped behind the scenes as well. I’m totally delighted that Anthony has found the courage and energy to do this.

I haven’t read the book or seen the manuscript, though I do know something about its content. Based on what I do know, and information I have myself but haven’t yet released (mainly because I don’t yet understand it all), I believe this is highly significant material.

    (God help them!)

Cattle Mutilations from September 2009 to September 2010

    http://www.earthfiles.com/news.php?ID=1778&category=Environment

On Page 47 of his book, Col. Corso said:

“Why did the extraterrestrial inhabitants of the craft have a cutting device like this aboard their ship? It wasn’t until later, when I read highly classified military reports of cattle mutilations in which entire organs were removed without any visible trauma to the surrounding cell tissue, that I realized that the light-beam cutting torch…was being used by the aliens in medical experiments on our livestock.”

In the early 1990s, documents were leaked about a small group called Majestic 12, allegedly appointed by President Harry S. Truman to study the “interplanetary” mystery. At that 1947 Corona, New Mexico, UFO crash site, bodies were allegedly found “dissected as you would a frog.” But the documents do not make clear if the dissected bodies were animals, humans or non-humans. Another document says that at another 1947 UFO crash site on the White Sands Missile Proving Ground, “Animal parts were reportedly discovered inside the craft.”

    ***

If the U. S. government has linked extraterrestrial biological entities to the worldwide animal mutilation phenomenon since at least 1947, the fact that the mutilations continue to occur to this day means that the government has no control over the mutilators.

    The Thirteenth Station

The third installation is called TA-D3 and is located in the Leandro Canyon (close to the Project Gasbuggy site of 1967), about 22 miles southwest of Dulce.

This installation is the furthest from the main complex, but is connected to the main facility by an underground tunnel system, stated Sanchez.

“In fact, all three facilities are interconnected by subterranean tunnels.

The most astounding information that was disclosed to me was that the main facility under the Mesa is also connected to Los Alamos National Laboratories in Los Alamos, New Mexico”.

(A distance of about 65 miles!!).

TA, as everyone knows, is Technical Area, as used in Los Alamos.

Project Gasbuggy related to Dulce underground facilities?

    http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread269325/pg1

Topic started on 24-2-2007 @ 04:36 PM by Acharya

In 1967 a 29 megaton underground nuclear explotion was made 20 miles from Dulce at 36.678 N, 107.208 W, Leandro Tank.

This was the site of the first U.S. underground nuclear experiment for the stimulation of low productivity gas resources.

Could this project be the cover story for the construction of the Dulce underground base?

  17. blessedistruth Says:

    http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/2009/04/yourfriendatom/

    Natural Gas Exploration

One of the most extensive Plowshare programs was an attempt to increase natural gas production. Beginning in the mid-1960s, scientists used targeted nuclear explosions to stimulate natural gas production by fracturing the rocks in which the gas was locked to make them more permeable. It worked well enough to warrant progressively larger tryouts. In 1967 Time described the first demonstration, Project Gasbuggy in New Mexico, like this:

“On a butte above New Mexico’s Leandro Canyon last week, chilled observers fell silent as a voice on the public-address system reached the end of the countdown. For a tense moment, nothing happened. Then the earth jolted underfoot and a dull, distant boom was heard, followed by a second, more gentle, rolling shock. Someone shouted: “We did it! We did it!” Hand shakes were exchanged all around. The U.S. had successfully set off the first nuclear explosion sponsored jointly by the Government and industry.”

The natural gas work culminated in 1973 with the explosion of three 33-kiloton bombs thousands of feet underground in Rio Blanco, Colorado. The key problem was that the gas this produced had measurable amounts of radioactivity. Not surprisingly, that created political problems for the method, even though the scientists involved in the experiments claimed the radiation would not be detrimental to public health.

Malloy Defines Himself In Theory; Reality Awaits

    http://www.hartfordbusiness.com/news15694.html

But Malloy’s aspiration to be “progressive” was interesting.

Usually it’s just a euphemism for “liberal,” that term having become a pejorative for big and ineffectual government.

Malloy defined “progressive” as a matter of preserving the “social safety net,” like care for the mentally ill, the infirm and recovering drug addicts.

The logic of combining “fiscally conservative” and “progressive” would seem to require squeezing out of the government what doesn’t really sustain or elevate the poor, and government is full of such stuff.

The logic of combining “fiscally conservative” with “progressive” might be to ask why, through Democratic and Republican administrations alike over the last half century,

*** the growth of government has correlated strongly with the growth of poverty and, ***

over the last two decades or so, with declining incomes for private-sector workers.

The logic of combining “fiscally conservative” with “progressive” in a high-tax, bureaucratic state that hasn’t created any private-sector jobs in 20 years

*** might require pitting the needs of the poor against the wants of the government class. ***

It might recognize that the compensation of the government class keeps rising in Connecticut even as poverty increases and services to the poor are reduced.

In seeking to reverse that trend this logic might not be afraid to do what New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie did the other day:

Tell students that their schools are short of supplies not because taxpayers are stingy but because teacher unions are greedy.

    (Hooray!)

Combining “fiscally conservative” with “progressive” would be hard, even revolutionary in Connecticut.

Ways to Come to Grips With American’s Fiscal Mess

    http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/political_commentary/commentary_by_michael_barone/ways_to_come_to_grips_with_american_s_fiscal_mess

… other Democrats indicate no more interest in making even minor modifications in Social Security

    — a slow increase in the retirement age, reduced benefits for high earners as the years go on —

than they did when George W. Bush pushed for Social Security reform in 2005.

Those changes would actually make the program more progressive, concentrating benefits among those most in need.

But Democrats evidently prefer holding onto the Social Security card in the hope it will be trump in future elections.

As for Medicare and Medicaid, they will be in play as Republicans on Capitol Hill and in state capitals try to throw sand in the gears of Obamacare.

Bipartisan agreement on these issues seems far, far away.

    Taxes may be another matter.

Bowles-Simpson threw out a bold proposal to eliminate tax preferences

    — including the hitherto sacred deductions for home mortgage interest and state and local taxes —

and to cut rates significantly below where they have been since World War II.

The top rate would be only 23 percent.

The corporate income tax would be cut from the current almost-highest-in-the-world 35 percent to 26 percent.

The principle here is the same as that of the bipartisan 1986 tax law, that cut numerous preferences and lowered the rates, as well.

It was hammered out in tough and protracted bargaining by House Democrat Dan Rostenkowski, Republican Sen. Bob Packwood and Treasury Secretary James Baker.

Leading Republicans’ responses to these proposals was at least somewhat positive — in vivid contrast to Pelosi.

In at least some conservative circles, eliminating “tax expenditures” is not seen as a verboten tax increase.

It’s not clear that the lead players will step up to the plate.

“But Democrats evidently prefer holding onto the Social Security card”

    Not ALL Democrats are Dumbocrats.

The United States and its NATO allies must move forward with developing and deploying a missile shield to protect Europe, with or without Russian cooperation, senior US Senator John McCain said Monday.

“The United States and NATO should waste no time in continuing to develop and deploy the missile defense systems in Europe necessary for our common security — with Russian cooperation if possible but without it if necessary,” he said in a statement.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev pledged after a North Atlantic Treaty Organization summit in Portugal to work with the alliance on a missile defense system for Europe but insisted Moscow must be an “absolutely equal” partner.

“Either we participate fully, exchange information, are in charge of solving these or those issues, or we do not participate at all,” he said, warning that “if we do not participate at all then we would be forced to defend ourselves.”

McCain, a longtime backer of US plans to build a defense against ballistic missiles, called Moscow’s receptiveness on the issue “a positive step” and said a shield would blunt the threat from “rogue regimes like that of Iran.”

TTC – Everything old is new again

    http://www.ketknbc.com/news/ttc-everything-old-is-new-again

Two years ago, east Texans made their feelings very apparent in town hall meetings on Governor Perry’s Trans Texas Corridor plan.

But the idea of the I-69 Corridor through East Texas is still very much alive.

And yes, toll roads are still in the picture…

The Governor’s plan for a giant network of roads through the state, built and operated by a Spanish toll road company, was soundly rejected by communities around the state.

But the idea isn’t dead yet.

The Alliance for I-69 is a collection of elected officials and citizens who are pushing for completion of the Texas leg of the massive route that is intended to make trade with Mexico easier.

7 FAM EXHIBIT 1292 A SAMPLE LETTER TO ACCOMPANY CLN FOR MINOR RENUNCIANTS

    (CT:CON-285; 03-06-2009)

    Post Letterhead
    Date
    Dear (NAME):

Every U.S. citizen has the right to renounce voluntarily and intentionally his or her citizenship, as you have done. Because this is a very serious decision with consequences that may not have been apparent to you at the time, the law gives persons like yourself who renounced under the age of 18 an opportunity to reevaluate your decision when you reach the age of 18.

Section 351(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S. Code 1483) allows you to reclaim your U.S. citizenship within 6 months after your 18th birthday. You are advised to make a note of the deadline to reclaim automatically your U.S. citizenship: the deadline is [insert date six months from 18th birthday.] You may do so by going to any U.S. embassy or consulate or passport acceptance facility, execute a passport application and take an oath of allegiance to the United States. Under this law, if you make such a claim, you will be considered as never having renounced your U.S. citizenship.

Just like the decision to renounce your citizenship, the decision to reclaim it is yours alone. No one, including the U.S. Government, any other government, or even your own family can make the decision for you. Please keep this in mind as you consider whether you may want to make a claim of citizenship once you become 18.

The U.S. Government and the Department of State do not wish to influence your decision. We just want to make sure that you know that you have the right to reconsider and “take back” this decision upon reaching the age of 18. Because this is a very important right that you retain, we ask that you keep this letter with your Certificate of Loss of Nationality should you wish to take advantage of this right when you reach the age of 18. The Department of State will also keep a complete record of your renunciation as well as this letter. Please remember that the period to automatically reclaim citizenship expires on [date].

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact (NAME) at (phone number). You may also contact the U.S. Department of State, Office of American Citizens Services and Crisis Management at any time. That office can be reached at 202-647-5225 .

Obama doesn’t just have absence of evidence.

The HDOH has made a statutory admission that Obama’s BC is amended/altered, which means that it is not legally valid.

I got to thinking about this problem plus the missing passport records prior to 1965 for SAD.

How does the state department determine the citizenship of the child of a foreign national and U.S. national who has an incomplete birth record … one that does not sufficiently prove his place of birth??

Does he have ‘provisional’ citizenship and for what country?? In Obama’s book, he talks about finding a birth certificate and vaccine records.

The only reason he would have needed vaccine records would be for international travel, and the birth certificate might have been used for traveling on his mother’s passport, not his own, when he has no legally determined citizenship status.

They’d need vaccination records for school admission.

But early vaccination records are one kind of evidence that can be used to get a passport if a person doesn’t have a BC, so it is interesting that he mentioned them.

Affidavits can be used also. Baptism records. That kind of thing. “Early records” (from the first 5 years of life, I think it is).

If he was vaccinated in the US within the first 5 years of life those signed medical records (I think with one other document such as an affidavit from Granny or Mom) could get Obama a US passport, IIRC.

I used to know this; I should look it up again.

I wish I knew more about the rules for passport issuance at the time, such as what children could travel under a parent’s passport, etc.

The Passport Office sure seems to be hiding records.

It shouldn’t take over a year to look up the index cards for passports issued to Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama/Soetoro.

When the system went to electronic they were supposed to alphabetize the already-existing paper index cards and microfilm them in alphabetical order.

Should be a piece of cake to find those index cards, and because SAD is deceased those are public records.

I wonder if either Jeff Otherson or Dr Conspiracy intend to file a lawsuit demanding those records.

    They’ve certainly waited long enough.

Just thinking about it gets me itching to work on the passport issue some more.

Annual officer evaluations must be revisited to ensure those officers who suspect and report incidents or concerns of Islamism are not penalized for doing so.

Finally, the armed forces must continue to recognize that there many Muslims who have fought the trend of radicalization in American Islam.

The armed forces must partner with Muslim activists who love America and are eager to defend it, rather than with pseudo-patriots who use takiya to infest its ranks.

Dr. M. Zhudi Jasser of the American Forum for Islam and Democracy and Dr. Ali Ayami, executive director of the Washington, DC-based, Center for Human Rights and Democracy in Saudi Arabia are two of the best sources of information on democratic, humanistic-oriented Islam.

They are sources that have not been sufficiently tapped.

Leaders in the US armed forces- men and women of good will and good intentions- have promoted diversity and tolerance in the ranks.

Economic Change We Can Believe In

    http://www.forbes.com/2010/11/17/fact-and-comment-opinions-steve-forbes.html

Republicans are also ready to begin prolonged attacks on the numerous damaging features of ObamaCare, which will spare untold grief for the economy–and our health.

Of vital importance, recent events augur well for a change in our highly destructive monetary policy. The subject is both boring and intimidating.

But if you get it wrong–as the Bush and Obama administrations have–the results are horrific.

Both Presidents pursued weak-dollar policies, which brought on the financial crisis and the subsequent weak recovery.

The good news: The Administration’s relentless efforts to trash the greenback have provoked a severe backlash around the world …

    [….]

The feeble greenback has severely damaged productive investment in the U.S.

It has people focused on preserving capital instead of putting capital productively to work.

It encourages speculation in commodities and currencies. Savers and small businesses are punished.

We should have learned all this from the sad experiences of the 1970s, an economically miserable decade.

Even more heartening than the blowback from our trade partners is that the weakened currency will be a political issue in the 2012 presidential campaign, already under way.

Sarah Palin guaranteed this when she recently denounced the Fed’s easy-money moves.

“The weak dollar–a direct result of the Fed’s decision to dump more dollars onto the market–is pushing oil [and other] prices upwards.

We want a stable dollar combined with real economic reform. It’s the only way we can get our economy back on the right track.”

    Amen to that.

    [….]

Look at the performance of the U.S. economy–and, indeed, of the free world’s–before we left the gold standard and after.

    The difference is marked.

Between 1947 and the late 1960s (when we started to let the gold-based system unravel) U.S. average annual growth rates were 4% and unemployment 4.7%.

Since abandoning gold in the early 1970s average annual growth has dropped to less than 3%; unemployment has risen to 6.2%.

Unlike during the Gold Age–1946 to the late 1960s–we and the world have been wracked by a number of financial crises, with the most serious being the one we’ve yet to dig out from under.

There could never have been a housing bubble had the Fed not printed so much money in the early part of the last decade.

When a country allows its currency to decline in value, living standards stagnate–or erode.

It’s no coincidence that U.S. worker compensation has gone nowhere since the Fed began its bender. Ditto the stock market.

    Congressman Mica Leading TSA Criticism

Mica said he disagrees with random pat downs, but he also feels the agency as a whole has grown too large with too much power.

He is advocating for airports to have other options, including private security.

“What we need to do is get TSA out of being a huge HR operator and being a security agency. Not being the operator, administrator, regulator,” said Mica.

One airport in his district has done what Mica believes all airports should be able to do: the Orlando-Sanford Airport has asked to opt out of using the TSA and wants to use private security.

Mica said airports all over the country have come to him for help in dropping the TSA.

He said he will push for reforms to make that easier in the new session of congress in January.

(Question: Of course, we have a right to say, No, you cannot scan me or No, you cannot touch me. But does our government or a private airliner then have the right to refuse service? I mean, who has a right to say, then you can go no further? You should have seen what my daughter and I went through just to see the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia. But what’s really important about the last month is not that any reform plan is about to pass.

It’s that the terms of the budget, entitlement and health care debates have shifted dramatically, and very likely on a permanent basis.

The fundamental elements of the Ryan Roadmap are

    sweeping tax reform;

changes in health care which emphasize a marketplace and consumer choice; and

modifications to retirement programs that reflect demographic reality.

All of these elements can now be found in budget plans endorsed by prominent Democrats, including Democrats the president himself turned to find solutions to the nation’s budget problems.

Consequently, it will be much harder in the future for Democrats to demonize these ideas as they have tried to do in the past.

But should grandma be paying for the teachers’ pensions now? Because we can’t do them, the cities can’t do them, should we pay for them?

Everybody over 65, if you’re retired right now, you get full Social Security.

    If you’re at 60, you work until you’re 68.

    If you’re 65, you work until you’re 70. You’re living longer.

Things are changing. It’s going to take a revolution in thought and expectations.

But, in the end, if we have that revolution of thought, if we think outside of box, we will have freedom. We will have freedom.

And isn’t that what the Pilgrims took pause to recognize: that they had freedom?

And with freedom and God combined, anything can be accomplished.

And that is what we give thanks for.

There are several types of US Citizenship. Your children are described as statutory US citizens, i.e. they are U.S. Citizens by legislation written by the US Congress and signed into law by a US President.

Most legal scholars contend statutory US Citizens are Natural born citizens, but its debatable. For example, a statutory citizen born in Germany to US Citizen parents has the option to opt out of US Citizenship and choose to be recognized as a German.

The thought of a Natural born citizen opting out when he reaches the age of majority is contrary to very basis of the definition of a Natural born citizen. Even a naturalized citizen must renounce the citizenship of their home country before they can naturalize.

They (the PTB) … do NOT want the raw message of a large planet coming towards us that will tumble us in its magnetic wake, and this about to happen shortly.

Once the events of the “7 of 10” occur, millions will be shocked enough to research this on-line (what’s still working) and discover ZT, which of course includes quite a bit of data concerning how the Coverup has been maintained over the years, particularly under the Bush administration.

Suddenly people will begin to see the logic, and of course they’ll see that it was the zetas that claimed many large coastal communities of Indonesia will sink beneath the waves before the end of 2010

…..including Singapore and Jakarta, not to mention the severe damage expected to be sustained by the other powerhouse ‘Pacific tiger’ seaports.

Unfortunately, for many it will be too late. It’s at that point that there will be runs on the stores, with everyone having “waited to see”.

Soon after – maybe 2 days, maybe 2 weeks, but soon enough because

it will have been caused by this first crumpling of the Earth’s mantle – the New Madrid will go off in the American heartland, taking out both Memphis and St. Louis in violent manner, ripping away all the bridges across the Mississippi River and many many more on what will become the ‘eastern half’ of the US.

Also to be expected will be the bursting natural gas and water mains, and a major crippling of the electric grid and cross-country communications, though with the advent of cellular technology the links will be tentatively re-connected, but nowhere at near the capacity as it once had.

Following the New Madrid, and within hours, a super-tsunami will race across the Atlantic and inundate western Europe and Scandinavia.

The tidal bore coming up the English Channel will be upwards of 100 feet (hence the warning by the UFOs at Stratford-On-Avon) and will wash over 70% of Denmark.

The Low Countries (Holland, the Netherlands, Belgium, etc.) will also take the brunt of this tsunami.

This is precisely the reason why I learned that the Storm Tide operations of Aug. 2008 that I shared here have recently been ‘modified’

(following the announcement of the details of the “7 of 10 events” on the poleshift ning)

so that each individual VIP (read: Euro Illumes, EU blue-bloods) must be located and picked up within one half-hour, and relocation to the bunker complex set up for them within two hours maximum.

All in all, the “7 of 10” appears right on schedule, with over 22 volcanoes now active on the islands of Indonesia and with numerous train accidents, sinkholes and flooding canals rounding out the corroboration of the zetas’ predictions.

It gives people a great sense of unease, because when those events begin to manifest, people should be prepared to move to their ‘bug-out’ zone, and fairly quickly if possible.

Obama followed up his Indian-Indonesian trip with a similar one to Portugal, to tell the Europeans what to expect.

And then today, he’s in Kokomo, of all places! To tout American productivity, supposedly.

I think he included a side trip to the bunkers of Kokomo, which as any reader of ZT knows was built to be one of the elite strongholds.

The problem is that it’s a naive view to believe that this ‘NWO’ is supposedly going to be brought down on an innocent population, simply due to the financial meltdown of the global economy.

It is a ‘police state’, true, but it is being with-held from view still because the shift hasn’t occurred yet

    – the ‘NWO’ being primarily a method for governing the descent into the chaos expected from the massive earth changes.

    That’s all, but that’s enough.

Still, we have to consider that no matter WHO is in charge, this will be a necessity simply to help keep us from killing each other too easily – which we can quickly get into unfortunately.

And in the struggle for resources, this is what will begin happening.

For those of you who may have missed Don’s original post here it is again.

Because the time is growing short and many folks that are only now tuning in may feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of emergency-preparedness data available online and even in the huge section we have here, I’m posting this bit-torrent that’s just become available:

    http://www5.zetatalk.com/TT-SurvivalDOC … ar.torrent

If any of you aren’t familiar with bit-torrent, Wiki it or just go to

    http://www.bittorrent.com

    and download the free program.

It allows you to go to torrent sites (simply add the word ‘torrent’ at the end of your search string on Google) and download the contents of our civilization to your heart’s content – so long as it’s digitized in some form from mp3 to DVDs.

It’s simple; you basically download large files from a community of people around the globe, sharing it by making it available for others to do the same with whatever you’ve downloaded and kept in your torrent window.

The above collection of emergency-preparedness documents amounts to over 15 GB (that’s gigabytes), and that’s just the documents with no video.

Everything you can imagine on how to survive the poleshift and not only survive but thrive in a post-PTB pre-Industrial Revolution world.

Just remember to keep the TT-SurvivalDOCS in your “inbox”

(not to be confused with your downloaded copy on your desktop)

so that others can “leech” from you, and go on to become “seeds” in their own right.

I might even be behind the curve and there’s already a bit-torrent of everything we’ve collected here.

    L2L, have you made a bit-torrent yet?

I’ll mosey on over to the prep threads shortly and see if I’m a step behind or ahead, and if so I’ll post this same link over there.

    I feel that it’s great someone put this thing together;

downloading each of the files separately would take the better part of an evening and maybe a whole day.

Oh, Ruts, that’s what I’m thinking too, everyone’s chattering excitedly about the UFO/missile off the California coast, but I think it’s much adieu about nothing.

Obama being greated by Indonesian officials told the story much better.

Communique 2 : from White Hat now known as “T”

Note: this communique is from a group represented by a person who calls himself “T”

Preface: In releasing these communiques it is important to state that I am not advocating or in agreement with anything this person is saying.

From what I have been told, this group has good intentions for the restoration of the U.S. republic and they are on the trail of the money.

I am told that their information comes from a very high level within the branches of the U.S. government.

I have reason to believe this much may be true. As for how this plays out … let the chips fall.

    [“The Fallout……

Seems T’s post of last Saturday, the one that went viral on RMN [after they got it here on this blog FIRST–KC] and other sites, has been translated into 10 different languages and has been seen by heads of state all over the world.

As has been earlier reported in other venues, DC is buzzing about the information disclosed and Obe wan engaged some of his cronies to run down the information in an attempt to discredit and debunk.

They have reported back to him that it is………….”accurate and correct”.

He is currently assembling a legal team to address the upcoming Congressional inquiries (ala Watergate?) which will turn

the “traditional” impeachment filing a week or so ago

into Obe’s worst nightmare in reality.

In spite of Biden’s continued arrogance and defiance, his accounts are being monitored to trace, document and identify any and all movements.

This has been ongoing for the last 3 weeks.

Illapu (prounounced ee-YAH-poo), are a Chilean folk and andean musical ensemble that was formed in 1971 in Antofagasta, in northern Chile, by the brothers José Miguel, Jaime, Andrés and Roberto Márquez Bugueño.

A later addition to the group was Osvaldo Torres. Illapu comes from the Quechua word meaning “Lightning Bolt”. Their music was Andean folk.

In 1981, because of the repression under the Pinochet regime, they were forced into exile – going first to France and later Mexico City.

In 1988, due to the improved political climate, they returned to Chile.

Their 1993 album (En Estos Días), which contained the hit single “Lejos del Amor”, won 7 platinum records.

Driving rhythms, excited yells, and upbeat melodies infuse the music with a contagious energy and spirit.

A Ceremony of Carols, Op. 28, is a choral piece by Benjamin Britten, scored for three-part treble chorus, solo voices, and harp.

Written for Christmas, it consists of eleven movements, with text from The English Galaxy of Shorter Poems, by Gerald Bullett; it is in Middle English.

A number of the texts were subsequently used by other composers, notably Adam lay ybounden by Boris Ord.

The piece was written in 1942 while Britten was at sea, going from the United States to England.

It was written at the same time as his Hymn to St. Cecilia and is stylistically very similar.

Originally conceived as a series of unrelated songs, it was later unified into one piece with the framing processional and recessional.

    Movements

    1. “Procession”
    2. “Wolcum Yole!”
    3. “There is no Rose”
    4a. “That yonge child”
    4b. “Balulalow”
    5. “As dew in Aprille”
    6. “This little Babe”

    7. “Interlude” (harp solo)
    8. “In Freezing Winter Night”
    9. “Spring Carol”
    10. “Deo Gracias”
    11. “Recession”
