Two emails were sent to Surfing the Apocalypse. The writing style and use of words is very similar to my ex-husband, Gunther Russbacher.
Gunther told me that he and the men he worked with were all taught to write the same way, talk the same way, dress the same way … etc.
This was done so they could step in and out of each other’s aliases.
The information contained in these two emails is startling similar to information that Gunther and his boss gave me.
Many of you have read my articles, Operation Raindance and The Great Dying.
You will see that both these names were used in the second email. Whoever wrote it even used the word “culling”.
This was a word that was often used by Gunther’s boss, a four star Admiral in ONI — the super secret section he laughingly called “The Nebraska Navy”.
I am putting a link to the first email which is on Surfing the Apocalypse.
I am inserting the second one here because I need to post the three articles I wrote under it.
From the information I have been given by men in ONI and the CIA, these two emails seem as real as their information.
They also appear to be written by someone who was or still is close to what is being done.
If I were you, I would pay very careful attention to these two emails and the three articles I post.

Watching the debates over (and phone taps to my line here)
since sending you my email of yesterday, it occurred to me that I should get this last email out to you regarding and expanding upon the reasons for CTs, as well as dealing with issues sure to be discounted by the agents of the ONI
(Office of Naval Intelligence, the agency in charge of the Chemtrails Ops.)
Taking each issue in turn might help shed some light upon this problem.
The overall scope and agenda behind Chemtrails
(Operation Clover Leaf, Operation Red Sky, Operation Rain Dance, the code names for these ops, BTW)
intertwines several overall objectives deemed imperative by the real power in DC, which is the NSA.
It should be noted that most of the intel groups that are involved in domestic control are, in varying degrees, “in the loop” on this business and are actively working with the ONI and NSA in seeing this program succeed.
Listing all the agencies would be moot and pointless. What would anyone do with the knowledge anyway?
The reason I say this has to due with STO vs. STS.
Here’s what we mean:
By conservative estimates, there are over 300,000 people in the USA alone that are chemtrails aware.
Of those, only about 125 people have undertaken an active campaign to educate and inform the masses about this “final solution.”
Do the math.
How many of you know what the word apathy means?
The agencies are counting upon this apathy and in fact, helped create that state of consciousness to begin with way back in the late 1950s
(Fluoridation, Aspartame, street narcotics.)
If such a small percentage were actually doing anything about the phenomena, then wouldn’t these same agencies be correct in their analysis that “they don’t have anything to worry about?”
The facts speak for themselves.
They will in fact succeed, because they are at the 80% completion point in these CT operations.
They will be finished by March of 2001.
Main and ancillary operational objectives of Chemtrails as outlined in Operation Red Sky,
Phase One:
Main objective:
Creative cleavages in spatial perceptions.
Creating a blockage in the brain of the interaction of various amino
acids that relate to higher consciousness and the increase of dopamine in the brain producing a listless, euphoric state of lower, reactive mind.
This, though most cannot (won’t?) process this perception, is their main objective.
It has many layers to it, and the salts found in these CTS are the prime indicators of just why they use such a vector to create this state in the human brain, the physical repository of and connecting point between the real and the unreal.
To understand this goal necessitates an understanding of the human soul, the spiritual Self
(Christ or God within, if you like)
and the connection between the two as related to the endocrine system functioning within each human host.
Pay close attention to these last words, as “host” indicates that there is a parasitic relationship to be established.
Many UFO abductions are part of this op.
To begin with, we must understand that our intelligence agencies are operating at a very high level of OCCULT SKILL AND AWARENESS, as taught to them by their progenitors, the Nazis of old who were brought here in1947 through 1953 via various operations, the most common known being operation Paper-Clip.
In short, any Intel agent of a G20 rating is a practicing black magician entirely “sold out,” soul-wise,
(via rites, rituals, and esoteric training in Long Island, Florida, and California)
and
are-speaking plainly-functioning black Adepts with a complete and unquestioned license to kill.
These are the top-level agency personnel. Make no mistake.
These are the very same men and women who run
the Mind Control Ops (CIA),
the abduction of children (FBI) on a staggering global level,
are involved in and are the contactees between the Ets (USAF, ONI, NSA, etc) and our government,
ad nauseam.
In short, to understand Chemtrails we must understand the personnel who have the power to do what they want, whenever they want, and we must also understand their needs.
They need the following:
1. The overall “frequency” of each of their charges (human beings in each country) to function at a specific rate below the threshold of awareness.
The study of brain-wave, Remote Viewing techniques, and other related research holds the key to this.
As we know, a physical brain functioning at 12 to 14 cycles per second is agitated and cannot, therefore, become perceptive of any cycle not within the same frequency, especially if that BRAIN IS ARTIFICIALLY stabilized to that frequency.
How can one perceive love, when the brain can only register impatience, anger, etc?
(Remember, their goal has to do with our souls in dimensions humanity has never, ever, considered.)
It is because of the occult nature of our covert agencies (and the real powers running them) that most cannot even begin to research in the right direction to begin with.
2. The immune system of the host must be depleted.
This relates to control, simply put.
If the slightest breeze makes you dizzy, what kind of defense can you be expected to put up if you can’t lift your arms above your head without getting a headache?
The many outnumber the few.
This is the main reason for much of the desiccated red blood cells found in chemtrails: biowarfare.
This also allows the parasite to latch onto the human host with little resistance from the organism so attached.
3. They need agreement.
This last statement is by far the MOST CRUCIAL STAGE of all.
It isn’t enough to make us slaves, we MUST WANT TO BECOME SLAVES.
Food scarcity, low wages, false idealism as propagated via network commercials, all create a state of low-level dependency to a state system, but it is not enough.
To win (want to know what winning is to the CIA?) these ruling covert agencies need our permission to do what they will to us
(Universal Law, no getting around that one and they’ve known this since 1847.)
The system of this biosphere has one final gate that only each of us can open or close and it is, in fact, free will.
Free will. such a concept. That alone would take another ten pages, but there’s no time.
Once we understand their needs, their objectives become easily understandable and quite discernable.
The real questions never-NEVER-asked in any chemtrails discussions is
What do they want?
How must they achieve it?
Ancillary objective:
create and maintain a lowered immune system, for use by phase three, which is the execution of their binary weapons systems, to be triggered by microwaves.
Know what a GWEN tower is? Better find out and soon, as you can see them everywhere from your homes and offices.
Ever wonder why we have so very many cell phones practically given away for free right now? Know what a burst transmitter is?
Does anyone have even the remotest idea of what a low-watt microwave transmission does to the cerebellum when the human brain is within three feet of such a device?
If you lack this knowledge, then it is to your detriment. The information is out there. Get hip.
The great side benefit that even the NSA didn’t predict (their estimate was a little over 3%) is the 12% reduction in population chemtrails are giving our “masters.” That’s right-12%.
In the distant future, the 1990s and beyond will become known as “the great dying.”
In August of 2000, the sky overlays Angeles was actually blood red for two days.
(They over-sprayed, due to fxxked up orders at Edwards AFB.)
The morgues were packed solid for a week and over-flowing.
There are still hundreds of thousands reeling from that two-day period. Many hospitals and clinics ran out of antibiotics overnight.
Binary weapons need to be triggered and they will use FM, AM, and Microwave GWEN towers to do it.
It’s all setup, op completed in 1998.
Why do this? Wake up! Can’t control 6+ billion people-too many. Got to thin them out to keep them in line.
I can see the squeemers now as they read this.
How and when will they go to stage two on this op? Can you say fake alien invasion, with millions dying and getting sick overnight?
The test for this will be a planned
(already complete staged op, in fact, WNV)
biowarfare incident on a major US or European or Australia
(last most likely, as they are already completely disarmed down under.)
This will give them the final test data they need to go to stage two, which is the invasion occasionally, hinted at once and a while on the Internet.
Now I must be crazy, right? At least, when I die, I will know who and why. That’s more than I can say for most. Tough love.
It seems the only way to reach you people.
Culling of the Biosphere:
Many folks will rightly say that “the culling of the elderly, et al” is flat-out nonsense because CTS affect the sprayers as well as the civilian population.
That assertion is essentially correct, but the following should be noted:
1. A virus can only affect you if you are not immunized from it.
Think these folks are up to date with their “private cache” of vaccines? Sure.
You don’t send out a binary weapon until you are damn certain it won’t kill you, the killer.
This reaction of “the sprayers breathe it in, too!” is grasping at straws that don’t even exist in any reality. Simply put: it is denial.
2. They simply don’t care who they kill, even their own pawns and puppets in the military. “Fuck ’em.” That’s the CIA way.
Get used to it. Too hard for you? Don’t like the words?
They use them a hundred times a day, just ask anyone who has ever been debriefed by these agencies; they have the foulest mouths on the planet.

In the end, the how, the who, the when of chemtrails is just so much smoke and mirrors.
Just because you’ve identified the UH1H helicopter, the KC-135 tanker, and the use of Boeing 737s in Chemtrails is really, again in the end, meaningless.
We all know who were the shooters in Dallas, but so what? That knowledge doesn’t change anything.
Find out who is giving the orders and why and then you’ve got something.

The one key thread running through all the stories about anyone searching for the truth behind the “October Surprise” or the illegal Illuminati $65 trillion dollar “Global Security Slush Fund” is that the nosy investigators or whistle blowers either end up dead or behind bars for a long, long time.
By no means is the following strange list of deaths complete, conclusive or thoroughly investigated, but the bloodshed spilled definitely has left huge blood stains on the Oval Office rugs of President George H. Bush, William Jefferson Clinton and George W. Bush.
Without discussing the celebrated cases like President Kennedy, his brother and John Lennon, the trail of death surrounding the “October Surprise” or the Federal Reserve can be traced backed to 1969 when a circuit court judge in Minnesota was found poisoned in his home six months after allowing a jury verdict to stand, ruling the Federal Reserve and the U.S. national banking system unconstitutional.
Courageously Judge Terrence V. Mahoney called the Federal Reserve “a fraud” based on the testimony of a bank officer who exposed exactly how standard banking practice in the U.S. and the civilized western world was to simply create money “out of thin air.”
Although the judge died under suspicious circumstances, the case was never appealed as the powers that be felt it better to let “sleeping dogs sleep,” leaving the case to die along with the judge under the Minnesota snow even though it remains as good law today, albeit with minimum legal precedent due to its origin in a lowly state circuit court.
But the powers that be know a case like First National Bank of Minnesota v. Jerome Daly could blossom into a huge oak tree if given water so they figure its better to remain under the legal radar screen then to make a big issue out of what is nothing more than an embarrassment and a no win situation for the banksters and the diabolical Illuminati legal minds.
Another case to be looked at closely is the strange June 23, 1993, death of wealthy Chicago attorney, Paul Wilcher, who tried to buck the system big time regarding the October Surprise and other embarrassing scandals during the Bush I and Clinton administrations.
Wilcher’s mutilated body was discovered slouched over the toilet in the bathroom of his Washington D.C. apartment not long after he presented then Attorney General Janet Reno with a detailed memo of government corruption, a memo that associates close to Wilcher said led to his untimely death.
And investigators point out Wilcher’s body was unidentifiable with no fingerprints or dental x-rays ever provided, matching the remains to Wilcher, before being cremated shortly after his death and shortly after autopsy reports found “no natural cause of death” and not other cause explaining how he was killed.
On July 14, 1993, a close friend of Wilcher, Garby Leon, a Harvard University PhD, send a letter to Reno asking for a complete investigation of Wilcher and journalist-investitgator, Danny Casolaro, also found dead under suspicious circumstances for investigating the same affairs as Wilcher
“Mme. Attorney General, I feel the death of Paul Wilcher offers too many questions and inconsistencies to be ignored,” wrote Leon. “I am writing because I feel this matter deserves your most serious attention,and hope this letter will bring some action on your part to answer some of the many, very troubling questions raised by Paul Wilcher’s death.”
Leon continued in a letter which Reno never followed-up on:
“If individual investigation and criticism of government activities is chilled or intimidated into silence, then democracy loses its most important protection.
“To put it another way, if Danny Casolaro’s death was a message of some kind, then Wilcher’s death is an even grimmer message–it suggests that Casolaro’s death was not a fluke. Anyone inspired to follow Casolaro or Wilcher’s path now has a strong added reason to fear doing so.
“And a real investigation into Wilcher’s death might not be an academic exercise. One person who is extremely close to and knowledgeable about the Casolaro case has said in private that the mystery of Casolaro’s death could be resolved by a Grand Jury investigation, with sworn testimony, subpoena power, etc. This suggests Paul Wilcher’s death may not have to remain a mystery either.
“Paul Wilcher was an acquaintance of mine. He was not a perfect person; he made mistakes like anyone else but he was also, at times, a man of unusual energy and altruism. A seminary student who considered becoming a priest, he later became an attorney is his efforts to accomplish some good in this world.”
Although nothing has been done to get at the truth behind the strange death or disappearance of Wilcher, the following are the important segments of the detailed memo sent to Reno which may have been the “straw that finally broke Wilcher’s back”: click here for pertinent parts of Wilcher memo to Reno.
Besides the more high profile cases like Vince Foster, Rixon Stewart researched and wrote an article entitled “Bloody Bill Clinton”, lisitng a partial list of people who have been connected in some way with Bill Clinton and who have died in rather suspicious circumstances. Here are some of the names from the Stewart article, including Casolaro and Wilcher mentioned above:
1) Susan Coleman: said to have had an affair with Clinton before he became President. Told friends she was expecting his child and was 7 months pregnant when she found dead with a gunshot wound to the head. Verdict, suicide.
2)Larry Guerrin: killed while investigating the INSLAW case. In brief this involved the US Justice Department using stolen software, modifying it for intelligence purposes and then selling it to foriegn governments and making millions in the process.
3)Kevin Ives and Don Henry: two 16 year old boys who may have stumbled accross drug running operations involving Clinton at Mena airfeild in Arkansas in 1987.Initial reports, by State Medical Examiner Fahmy Malak, suggested that the boys had fallen asleep on the railway line and been crushed. However when the parents kicked up a fuss another forensic report showed Kevin”s skull had been crushed prior to being placed on the track whilst Don had been stabbed in the back.
4)Keith Coney, said he had information on Ives and Henry deaths. Died in a high speed motorcycle crash in 1989,said to have involved a car chase.
5)Keith McKaskle, said to have information on the Ives and Henry deaths. Stabbed to death in November 1988.
6)Gregory Collins, once again said to have information on the Ives and Henry deaths and once again killed, this time by a gunshot wound to the face.
8)Jeff Rhodes was also said to have information on the deaths of Ives and Henry. He was found on a waste heap in April 1989 with a gunshot wound to the head.
9)James Milam also had information on the Ives and Henry deaths but before he could talk too widely he was found decapitated. Once again the State Medical Examiner, Fahmy Malak, ruled the death due to natural causes.
10)Richard Winters, a suspect in the Ives and Henry case had offered to cooperate and give evidence. However he died in a ”robbery” which was subsequently proved to have been a set-up.
11)Jordan Kettleson was also said to have information on the Ives and Henry deaths. He was found shot dead in his pick-up in June 1990.
12)Danny Casalaro, a journalist investigating Mena airstrip, the Arkansas coke trade and INSLAW. Had warned his family that he had learnt too much and not to believe it was suicide if he turned up dead. Shortly thereafter he was found in a bathtub in the Sheraton Hotel in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Both his wrists had been slashed, one ten times, all his research material was missing and has never been recovered
13)Victor Raiser, the National Co-Chair for the “Clinton for President” campaign, died in an airplane crash in July, 1992.
14)R Montgomery Raiser, also worked on the Clinton campaign and died in the same crash.
15)Ian Spiro, said to have supporting documentation for grand jury proceedings in the INSLAW case. His wife and three children were found murdered in their home in November 1992.All had gunshot wounds to the head. Ian”s body later was found in a car in the Borego Desert. FBI reports concluded that he had shot his family and then committed suicide by taking cyanide.
16)Paula Grober, Clinton”s speech interpreter for the deaf. Killed in car smash with no other cars involved and no witnesses. She is said to have been very attractive and traveled extensively with Clinton prior to her death in December 1992
All the above died prior to Clinton”s inauguration in January 1993.In its aftermath the deaths not only continued but became even more numerous.
17)Steve Willis, Robert Williams, Todd McKeahan and Conway LeBleu were the only four BAFT men killed at Waco. In an autopsy performed by a “private Doctor” all four were found to have near identical “execution style” headwounds. All four had previously been bodyguards for Clinton prior to their deaths in April 1993.
18)Sgt. Brian Haney, Sgt. Tim Sabel, Maj. William Barkley and Capt. Scott Reynolds. Once again all four men had been bodyguards for Clinton prior to their deaths in a helicopter crash near Quantico, Va.Reporters were barred from the scene whilst firefighters responding to the crash had their video tapes seized and a fire chief described a scene where, “security was tight” with “lots of marines with guns.”
18)Paul Wilcher was found dead shortly after presenting Attorney General Janet Reno with a report on Waco, Death ruled to “unknown causes. “See extracts from the report in this issue.
19White House deputy counsel Vincent Foster was said to have been preparing a potentially damming report on Waco at the time of his death. As reported in the previous issue he had been deeply disturbed by events at Waco and his death, in July 1993, was officially labelled a “suicide.”.
20)Stanley Heard and Steven Dickson were members of Clinton”s Health Advisory Committee. Both died in an air crash in September 1993.
21)Jerry Luther Parks, Chief of Security at Clinton”s national campaign headquarters in Little Rock. He was shot through the rear window of his car, the killer then went to the driver”s side of Park”s car and pumped three more 9mm bullets into him. His family reported that shortly before his death their home had been broken into, despite a top line security system. Park”s had been preparing a dossier on Clinton”s activities, the dossier was stolen.
22)Ed Willey, a Clinton fundraiser, was found shot dead in November 1993.Once again the death was ruled suicide. His wife Kathleen, who was working as a White House volunteer at the time, claimed that Clinton sexually assaulted her when she had approached him, distraught over the loss of her husband.
23)Dr Roland Rogers a Dentist from Arkansas. Died on his way to the Sunday Telegraph in London to reveal “sensitive” information about Clinton in March 1994
24) Kathy Furguson, a 38 year old hospital worker whose ex-husband was a co-defendant in the Paula Jones case. She died in May 1994, from a gunshot wound to the head, ruled suicide; curiously next to the body were several packed suitcases, as if she was getting ready to go somewhere.
25)Bill Shelton was Kathy”s boyfriend and an Arkansas police officer. He was found on her grave the following month with a gunshot wound to the back of the head. Judged to be “suicide”.
26)Alan G Whicher, oversaw Clinton”s Secret Service detail. He was transferred to a field office in Oklahoma City in October 1994.Whatever warning was given to the other BAFT agents in the building (none of whom came to work that day) failed to reach him, he died on April 19 1995 in the infamous Oklahoma City bomb blast.Incidently the families of the victims of the blast are now preparing to sue the U.S. Govermant, saying it had prior knowledge of the bombing.
27)Ron Brown, Commerce Secretary died along with 35 other people on April 3,1996, in an air crash involving Airforce 2. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated and had spoken publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecuters. According to one report he allegedly told Clinton, “he was not going down alone.” However his death brought that possibility to an abrupt end. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the back of Brown”s head that resembled a gunshot wound. And we are not counting the other 35 people who died in the same crash.
28)Shelly Kelly, an Air Force stewardess was onboard the same flight, at the back of the plane, and suffered only minor cuts and bruises in the crash. Indeed she was able to board a rescue helicopter without assistance. She died later died in hospital, supposedly from a loss of blood. According to journalist Joe L Jordan, an autopsy revealed a three inch cut over her main femoral artery which was sustained over three hours after all her other cuts and bruises. Thereafter Clinton ordered the bodies of all the victims cremated.
28)Barbara Wise a Commerce Department employee. She was found dead in her locked office, partially nude and covered in bruises, following a long weekend. Officially she is said to have died of natural causes.
29)Christine M Mirzayan, Clinton intern killed on August 1 1998.In the publicity prior to the Paula jones law suit Newsweek revealed that “a former White House staffer” with the initial “M” was about to go public with a story about sexual harassment at the White House. Thereafter Christine was found beaten to death with a heavy object near Georgetown University, Washington.
30)Mary Mahoon was another former White House intern who was about to go public with a story of sexual harassment at the White House. Before she could though some unknown characters entered a Washington Starbuck”s, where she was working, and shot her dead. Her two assistant”s, Aaron Goodrich, 18 and Emory Evans were taken to a room along with Mary and pumped full of bullets.Mary was shot in the chest, face and back of the head, probably with silencers as nobody in the densely populated area heard anything. Even though the killers left $4000 in the cashbox untouched, the police catagorized the killings as a robbery whilst acknowledging its “execution style”.
Stewart then noted that Jennifer Flowers may have been a bit smarter than the others, adding:
“She had a 12 year affair with Clinton, in its aftermath her apartment was broken into and ransacked and she and her mother received threatening phone calls. Realising that she was in danger she assumed a higher profile, launched legal proceedings against Clinton and embarked on a series of media appearances. Smart girl, it was probably this that saved her life, had she not done so she too would have been on this list.”

During this life I never met Mr. Cooper. I know more of him now than before I took the Seat.
Immediately prior to my being temporarily “taken” to Mississippi (1998)…a potential meeting was proffered via a man Marcia and I both respect.
Through “sideways” (lateral) information checks I learned that Mr. Cooper’s “case” was more complex than it sometimes respected.
I QUIETLY ADVISED MARCIA TO NOT MEET WITH HIM AS I WAS AWARE PSYOPS WAS “WORKING HIM.”
For the same reasons, I attempted no clandestine visit.
Mr. Cooper was visited by both “informational” and “disinformational” sources…
some internal to his military history…some CIA, some DIA…some AFOSI…some street Maj…
and some Maj Psychological Operations…operations then under the control of our present Chief of Psychological Operations (W): Dr. Stan Goldstein.
I wish to stress that this was long before Marcia/I and then I took the First Seat and had any sort of policy input.
At that time, Dr. Goldstein was running a host of Offensive Psychological Operations, all meant to confuse the targeted individuals and groups, and some meant to cause the mental implanting of psychological stressor tags meant to do harm to an individual who “crossed the line”.
[Me: “crossed the line” my ass!]
Dr. Goldstein’s life was spared by MY Order. Not all were so fortunate.
If that order attaches his culpability for actions he took during that time period, then I accept an appropriate level of Responsibility.
In many ways much of what Mr. Cooper said was “correctly relayed” from what he learned from sources.
That doesn’t mean everything he relayed was the truth.
In the mix, he learned a “truth” about a certain subgroup of individuals…years before Marcia and I did.
This all happened in a time of great internal policy confusion, culminating just a few months after his death (Nov.2001) with the schism within the Committee of the Majority (2002).
Mr. Cooper was a victim of a disgusting political time, and whose victimization came about by his willingness to proceed to the public after he was told that he would be placing himself in grave danger.
That doesn’t make what happened to him, relative PsyOps, “right” in any way.
The other side of this whole issue was his (Mr. Cooper’s) negative contacts with law enforcement.
Now…some are always going to say that the law enforcement units were part of some “conspiracy.” They weren’t.
To those repeating the same crapola about ufologists being targeted by law enforcement, Mr. Cooper’s true testimony about their (pervasive in ufology) sexual perversions rests their own cases as a bunch of B.S.
i.e. they know not their rear ends from holes in the ground.
I was a member of Nevada State law enforcement and was part of teams and sometimes acted alone to “serve warrants.”
By the time the disinformation specialists and PsyOps people finished with Mr. Cooper, it remains clear that his mental state was abnormal, including well documented threats to ‘not be taken alive’ and use immediate force where (in my interpretation) he would have been wrong to do so.
The terrible incident in November, 2001, left Mr. Cooper dead and a member of law enforcement shot in the head.
I can promise you, knowing what I know, means at one’s hands, and who I know that
(1) the law enforcement officer who had been shot was not set up to be shot…it happened in the course of the exchange of gunfire and
(2) had it been determined to REMOVE Mr. Cooper, there are any number of “near easy” means where that could appear everything from natural causes to an accident to suicide.

The actions of Maj may have played a part but what was done to him by Maj was not strictly enough to put him over the edge.

His own personality and other personal problems added in large measure.)
I am also versed in the identities of the law enforcement professionals involved, and none were involved with the mental-molding (if you will?) of Mr. Cooper.
Having ratcheted up his own mental state via application of certain other’s “mental outlook” on society and that cause from his being manipulated by Maj and other sources…
he committed what we would often sickly refer to as “suicide by cop.”
For that…I am saddened…but we cannot bring him back and make all well.

The search for extraterrestrial life has been an ongoing venture
for decades, wavering on a thin line between science and science-fiction.
The motivation? The hope that “we are not alone,” is best expressed by
Jodie Foster in the film interpretation of Carl Sagan’s novel, “Contact.”
“There sure is a lot of space out there if it’s just us,” she said in the
movie.
But the search is not fiction. Search for Extraterrestrial
Intelligence, the program that Foster’s character worked for, is very real
and alive here on the Cal campus.
SETI is an ongoing scientific research effort aimed at detecting
radio signals from extraterrestrial civilizations. The UC Berkeley branch
of the program, Search for Extraterrestrial Radio Emissions from Nearby
Developed Intelligent Populations — called SERENDIP — is currently using
a 1,000-foot dish at Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico.
The program’s goal is to “provide an answer to the age-old
question: Are we alone?” by monitoring radio signals. Recently, the
program began another search, this time using laser signals.
“Extraterrestrials might use lasers to contact us,” says Dan
Wertheimer, co-director and principal designer of the SERENDIP machine.
But there are others who believe that SETI’s research is too
narrowly focused.
“SETI just can’t believe that anyone can get here from there when
we can’t,” says UC Berkeley Professor Emeritus James Harder. “They think
that radio is the way to communicate. Extraterrestrials don’t use radio
any more than we use smoke signals. They use telepathy. It travels
instantaneously.”
But Stuart Bowyer, professor emeritus of astronomy and the
principal investigator of the SERENDIP program, says he questions how
Harder knows how extraterrestrials communicate.
“It’s amazing that he understands how the extraterrestrials are
communicating,” says Bowyer. “This must be by direct experience, except
maybe those walking along Telegraph Avenue.[sic] The majority of the
world has not been communicating with extraterrestrials.”
Harder taught civil engineering and hydraulics at UC Berkeley,
where he obtained his masters in civil engineering and a doctorate in
fluid mechanics.
But UFOs have always been his passion. He discovered an interest
in the subject in 1952 when the Air Force initiated Project Bluebook, a
program that investigated more than 12,000 UFO reports and that, says
Harder, “plainly spoke of an extraterrestrial craft, but got shot down by
the government.”
He became involved in the Aerial Phenomena Research Organization,
one of the first civilian organizations devoted to the study of
extraterrestrial phenomena.
Soon, he became well known in what was then a small group of
professional university professors interested in the topic. Today, there
are about 300 academics in the United States studying UFOs.
In 1968, he was one of six people called in to testify on UFOs
before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science and
Astronautics. Harder, who has continued to give lectures on the topic, is
also expected to speak at the New Science and Ancient Wisdom conference
this weekend.
Based on surveys, Harder says he believes that there are
extraterrestrial beings on earth.
“They’re here, there’s no doubt about that,” says Harder. He says
that when studying any group of people that attended his lectures, it was
common to find that one-seventh of the audience reported remembering a
close encounter.
To determine this, he would typically pass out a questionnaire.
The first half would be aimed toward establishing whether the subject had
had a close encounter that they may or may not have been aware of. The
second developed a psychological profile of the person.
Harder says it is common for people who have had a close encounter
to be highly idealistic, spiritually developed, interested in the ecology
of the planet and working for world peace. Subjects were generally above
average in terms of socioeconomic status and education.
Bowyer says it is amusing who the aliens have been communicating
with.
“It’s surprising that these aliens that are visiting have made it
this far only to crash and burn in some desert in New Mexico,” he says.
“The lucky ones are more interested in talking to rural housewives than to
any authority figures.”
Harder says that only about a third of the witnesses described
their encounter as a scary experience.
“Maybe five percent of the encounters are ominous,” he says. “Most
have been well-treated.”
Harder has studied several hundred cases over the past 35 years
and has accumulated a wealth of data.
One common technique used to study witnesses is hypnosis. Hypnotic
regression is a technique Harder uses with many of his subjects to allow
the subject to “remember” a past experience.
He says that under hypnosis his subjects can even become channels
for extraterrestrials and allow him to have a two-way conversation with
alien beings.
“An (extraterrestrial) is sometimes able to take over a subject
and speak to us directly,” says Harder.
There are, however, many debates about the validity of hypnotic
regression. Some psychologists suggest that it is an unreliable procedure
because it unlocks the patient’s imagination. If a hypnotist is known to
be a UFO researcher, there is subconscious pressure on the subject to
provide a UFO story for the research.
“It’s always possible that hypnosis brings up elements from the
imagination,” says Harder. “But there is always some evidence that can be
verified.”
For example, a large number of witnesses say there are 57
extraterrestrials while under hypnosis that they would have no way of
knowing otherwise.
“There are 57 members of the Galactic Federation,” says Harder.
“Many subjects seem to repeat that number.”
According to Harder, the Galactic Federation is similar to the
United Nations except the members consist of extraterrestrial groups.
The arguments about the validity of hypnosis are part of an
ongoing battle between the believers and the skeptics.
“There are a lot of politics involved and a lot of battles that go
on,” says Chris Carlisle, New Science and Ancient Wisdom conference
organizer. “It is part of a major conspiracy campaign of denial, stories
are sensationalized and smeared in the tabloids.”
The U.S. government is one of the biggest opponents, according to
Harder.
“Some witnesses have had remarkably close contact that has been
positively bizarre,” he says. “No wonder there are elements of the
government that are absolutely scared shitless.”

I have been specifically addressed by a high number of letters asking to see: ‘the time of natural observation’ involving our study of the very anomalous process we have nicknamed “Lotus.” Some of the letters politely ask to see either an image or a short video clip of what I have come to call the “Moment of First Capture” – sounds strange after 12 years, yeah, I know…we first had it on May 31, 2001! While I “knew inside” from data and other reasons that it is a natural phenomenon we have had to go about proving it. The necessity for further study was clearly stated by us in 2008 at Caltech. If it were just some high tech-produced anomaly…as stated “I knew” it wasn’t due to several reasons but I am procedurally constrained and trained toward skepticism as a scientist…well…if it ended up as a lab-produced anomaly…it would mean something very different as to our interpretations. It would especially mean something very different as to our assertions of its possible linkage to the processes in “evolution.”
The letters have asked for a reaffirmation from me that we aren’t saying we “own it.” We don’t own this natural phenomenon. That said, Marcia is the owner of the intellectual property involving our study of it and interactions with it.
Marcia has granted me permission to freely publish an image or image array of the “Moment of First Capture.” The Private Forum will see the actual raw and processed video imagery.
Okay…in an almost unbelievable moment her permission has been given…as she is in most cases the person who slows down such behaviors from me…and now we are (together) faced with both the declaration that we have the evidence and it’s this co-Principle Investigator who is temporarily slowing things down. Why? In 2001 I thought that the anomalous “flare-like” activity was fast at 4.64mm/s? Two different parts of the phenomenon…understood…but in this high resolution data, we have not 1 moment of a so called “portal” being produced in the “Moment of First Capture”…we have it naturally happening (we are interpreting from the data) at least 3 times in about 0.1s. In common parlance: THIS PUPPY IS FAST! The behavior of “portals” produced naturally appears to be an order faster than those produced by artificial means. In that time, over only 1 “portal” among hundreds, we have evidence of at least 1 “particle” burst. Given that it was happening over a single ca.1cm. colony of crustose lichen, under only natural light, I am aghast with the potential meanings! Given the rate we found with the small laser…this natural rate of activity was not dared to exist…at least not by me.
Marcia has been placed on notice that we may need even better analysis software than we already have for this book production…and we have some good products/suites in place. I chose them and she bought them…only to now find, in just over a month from the Conference that we may have to rush even higher-gen-ware to the workroom. It looks like a processing team will have to be brought in via Franklin.
Due in part to the 12 year relationship with the phenomenon, I somewhat find myself wrapping around this like a dragon in a dark cave protecting its treasure-trove. We don’t “own” the phenomenon…that is for sure…and is also sure: we will soon (hopefully today) publish an image array.
It’s so simple to image and it is frighteningly beautiful. Treading very carefully here…with the same 3 other individuals whom have been with me since 2001 as religious/spiritual counsel. Treading just as we have done over the past 12 years: with great trepidation and taking care not to reach where one should not grasp.

Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to everyone. The day has been one of a mixture of telephone calls between certain world power brokers and myself, and analysis of the newest Lotus “portal” data
In later 2007, prior to Marcia’s and my short colloquium in Pasadena (03/10/08), our private team was engaged in a light-hearted, but ultimately serious interpersonal debate,, as to whether the delay times between ‘portal’s” eruptions of “particle’s” produced a (mathematically supported) “nonrandom pattern?’ No matter what “nonrandom pattern” my eyes were perceiving…and they were…the math fell against me and my arguing about it from then on was mercilessly accused (in good humor) of “beating a dead horse”…by Marcia. The same has now been done for over 1/2 decade, any time I would mention that data.
Okay…5 years 7 months later we have captured evidence of “Lotus” in the natural state…thus far video has shown that every natural “portal” erupts and wanes over a nearly universal (almost perfectly matched) timeframe and that the window between eruptions is nearly universal (almost perfectly matched) as well. We will now try to count the number of “particle” emissons and assess that directly against the 2007-08 analyses.

A Peculiar Silicate-Associated Phenomenon
Research into the causes and nature of evolutionary processes and the probable volatile origins of life on earth have been accumulating for many years, without sufficient direct and broad evidence linking the Darwinian paradigm to the concept of “life origins.” Data, since 2001, from field and laboratory studies of material collected from Frenchman’s Mountain, in Southern Nevada, may be yielding such direct evidence. While the present research is novel, it is based in a much longer history of unexplained and (we suggest) misunderstood phenomena, ranging from scholarly studies to much older, arcane reports. The investigators have applied lasers, via trade-secret- protected optics, on material such as clear quartz, natural silicate-containing minerals, and on the silicate-clay, Montmorillonite. (There has been a recent resurgence of attention toward Montmorillonite for its ability to promote the formation of RNA – an integral component to DNA-based life.) When such silicate-bearing material was concurrently exposed to saline and a small electrical charge, a peculiar, well-structured and reproduced ionized gas phenomenon was promoted. Preliminary studies have shown that organized material emitted from this locality of this “phenomenon,” can have a direct effect upon the genomes of nearby microorganisms. While they are open to the suggestions and observations of those in academia and the scientific community, the principal investigators will advance an argument that the phenomenon may imply a novel genome “shuffling” mechanism. If confirmed, and found to be promoted by natural processes, such a mechanism could provide new support for theories involving life origins via self-organizing systems.

Admiral Mike McConnell is the former director of the National Security Agency (1992-1996) and former Director of United States National Intelligence (2007-2009). Admiral McConnell also previously served as vice admiral to the United States Navy.
Are we ready for this? I’m afraid that we are as ready as we will ever be. That’s not saying a heck of a lot, but, hey, it’s good enough for ‘gummint’ work.
And who’s calling these shots, we might like to know? That’s the only real question right now.
Gates, McConnell and Gen. Clapper. Gates appoints Clapper to be head of intel at the Pentagon. I didn’t know that this was anything different from his present position as the director of the DIA, but I am told that it is. MM [McConnell] will need to be confirmed by the Senate, obviously, but I don’t think GC [Clapper] will have to be confirmed by anybody.
I met separately with two birds in D.C. yesterday. I infer that one is against a show, the other is more neutral.
I am told that GC [Clapper] also has left tracks in the phenomenological jungle, but probably not as large tracks as MM [McConnell]. There are other such magi being repositioned, as we speak. Is this a palace coup? Is the Old Man taking Junior out behind the woodshed? Does Junior have a clue?

Information received by STARstream Research, from several sources, indicates a strange twist of events linking Admiral Mike McConnell to the Dan Burisch saga, in which it is claimed that Mike McConnell is none other than “MJ1″ of the alleged Majestic 12 (MJ-12) secret government black ops UFO recovery group — known to Dr. Burisch and his colleagues as Dadmiral or ‘Daddy-O’ for his paternalistic fawning over Burisch.
For the uninitiated, the ‘12’ of the MJ-12 referred to twelve highly placed individuals, allegedly charged with managing an alien retrieval cover-up.
The Majestic Twelve operation was allegedly created under an executive order on September 24, 1947. The MJ panel was empowered to sequestrate all available evidence and data collected by the government, military and intelligence agencies pertaining to alien contact and technology.

Dr. Dan Burisch is a controversial figure within UFO circles.
His claims of involvement in military black projects relative to alien contact have caused some heated debate between UFO/ ET proponents over the past few years. His story is convoluted to say the least, which starts with an abduction in 1973 while playing football in a park with his grandfather. He recalls several other children onboard the alien craft, later to discover one of those children was the son of MJ1, who, according to Dr. Burisch, died during the abduction. [3]

During recent email exchanges between Dan Smith and several others, it was claimed that his DNI source — presumably CIA analyst Dr. Ron Pandolfi — had indicated that the relationship between Dr. Burisch and Mike McConnell was a well known fact. In an email dated 15 January 2007, addressing Dr. Burisch, through his colleague Marcia McDowell, Mr. Smith wrote:

I would like to know what Dan Burisch would like to do relative to the confirmation hearing for Mike McConnell.
[Name redacted] tells me that he is in contact with Senate staffers about what questions ought to be posed to MM [Mike McConnell] concerning his involvement with UFOs.
The people on the RU [Reality Uncovered] forum believe that Bill was my only source concerning your acquaintance with MM [Mike McConnell] in the Navy. However, [name redacted] has confirmed that ‘everyone’ knows of that connection, thus the interest in the Senate hearing.
Let us know about your preferences. Please note that [name redacted] has not asked me to contact you about this. I am doing this on my own interest.

Mr. Smith:
First, thank you for your inquiry.
When just an upstart youth of age 22, in 1986, I was privileged to embark upon what would become 20 years of service to Majestic. During that time, my response to operators (including some of the seated Maji), foisting their personal tack on procedures and protocol, was to often call them to account for breaking faith with the tenets and mandates of Majestic. Those mandates were established at approximately the same time the major provisions of National Security Act of 1947 were taking effect. While faithfully performing my duties, against the backdrop of the multi-layered goals of other sanctioned agencies and groups, and into my retirement, I hope history will record that my loyalty to Majestic has never been called into question. Such is the case as I write to you, this night, and such will hopefully be the judgment of history long after my humble time on this earth has passed.
During my tenure of service, I was privileged, albeit for a very short time, to have been seated with the 12, as one of them. Following my acceptance of that responsibility, I was made privy to specialized, highly classified, information and intelligence, concerning not only the defense assets and posture of the United States, but also of the earth, as it pertains to the future of humankind. Such highly classified information, added to the extant defense, scientific, and political/diplomatic material to which I was exposed, ever since the late 1980′s. That earlier information included direct personal interaction with an extraterrestrial time traveler of human lineage. In the first few years of this new human millennium, I was also tapped to be involved with the treaty system, established by the Truman administration.
In October 2005, I was provided with what I consider to have been an unambiguous set of orders, my final orders before being fully admitted to emeritus grade retirement. In September 2006, I was judged by the empowered representatives of Majestic, to have completed the aforementioned orders, and was thereafter retired from service. As a now retired senior operator and scientist, it falls to me to continue by providing due honor to the Majestic, and demonstrate due diligence prior to responding to any inquiry involving contemporary actions of the United States government, especially where matters of intelligence and defense are resident.
Concerning the nomination by the President of the United States, of the Honorable J.M. McConnell to the position of Director of National Intelligence, it is incumbent upon me to exercise that due diligence, deferring either until the arrival of an authentic set of instructions, or being placed under a lawful subpoena. Short of that, the tenets of the adjourned Majestic are clear that I should either defer or recuse. To date, no such authentic instructions have been properly received, nor have I been placed under subpoena.
I am free to make a personal statement, about the nominee, and have done so, publicly. [See the statement already reproduced above]
Save that statement, it would be improper of me to interpose within the machines of government, now set in motion by the President of the United States. On a personal note, I consider that I should be the last to assume a position whereby I would act in a questioning manner toward that particular nominee.

Things have slowed down. I continue to suspect that no questions will be asked of MM [Mike McConnell] concerning DB [Dan Burisch] during confirmation. I have a call into DB, but there has been no response.
The repositioning of these probable magi does seem to argue for a disclosure plan that is in its late stages. The President would necessarily be aware, and at least partially compliant. So would most of the world’s intel organizations. It would follow that a global deal has been brokered, including most of the major players, i.e. nations and religious organizations. There are those interests which want this expedited, and those which want to delay. The visitors have set certain time limits, which can trigger prods of various kinds.
One or more spokespersons would have already been selected by the various parties. Preemptive moves are probably anticipated. Countermoves must be available. It is likely that one of the spokespersons will need to be focal. At this late hour, there cannot be too many remaining possibilities.
If the repositioning is successful, then we should expect the final phase of disclosure to get underway within a few months. There are two gambits left: Hollywood and political. No longer can they be separately pursued. The linkage will now be unavoidable. Questions from the media can be parried only for a few more months. At that point there will be a rush to publish or perish. One or more basic scenarios will emerge. Energy will feed into them. We can hope that the best scenario wins. A BPWH [Best Possible World Hypothesis] will get fleshed out, with or without my continuing input. And that’s about all She wrote.” [6]

The September 11, 2001 Attack
We follow the various elements found in the dust samples taken
in lower Manhattan by the USGS team across over a dozen sample locations which then provide
a snapshot of the events that took place on 911.
It is critical to remember that we follow over a dozen elements across
even more locations and these elements must be viewed as they interact together, not as separate elements. The elements we’re about to examine work together, as we should expect. Thus, one might expect to see the presence of uranium refuted. One might expect to see the presence of strontium or the other elements refuted individually. Yet when the elements are studied together as they increase and decrease predictably across a dozen locations the outcome is clear.
The elements as they interact together
and the tale they tell cannot be refuted.
Fission occurred in NYC on 911.
How Do We Examine The Evidence?
Today in the 21st century evidence is elemental;
evidence is most often molecular in nature.
We use DNA, blood tests, soil samples, hair, fibers and a variety of advanced analysis;
often scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other advanced methods are used.
This Analysis Uses:
• scanning electron microscopy (SEM),
• scanning transmission ion microscopy (STIM),
• high temporal resolution aerosol mass profiles (mass STIM)
• proton elastic scattering analysis (PESA), in vacuum
• synchrotron x-ray fluorescence (S-XRF), in vacuum
• laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LDITOF-MS)
First I Want To Briefly Address The Cancer Epidemic Among First Responders
In the general population Multiple Myeloma occurs at the rate of 3-9 incidents
per 100,000 people.
That rate also occurs 99% of the time in people over 65. Just 1% are under the age of 65 in the general population and the average age of those afflicted is 71.

In the population of 40,000 First Responders the rate is 1 in 534 people. This means 75 First Responders (Source: John Feel, Feelgood Foundation, March 1, 2011) have died from Myeloma. What’s more, they have all been between 37 and 60 years of age with most under 55. These are extraordinary figures, unprecedented, and this report confirms why this is happening. Some sick First Responders have already died and have succumbed to not one, not two, but sometimes 3 different rare cancers.
Multiple Myeloma in First Responders occurs at an unprecedented rate
of over 18 people per 100,000
but just 3-9 per 100,000 in the general population.
The statistics for non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and thyroid cancer are similarly much higher than would be expected. Other cancers as well are being seen in equally high incidence. The only time we’ve seen these various cancers increase at these levels and speeds has been during nuclear events; events such as Chernobyl, Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The city of New York is officially studying 345 First Responder cancer deaths, less than the true total cancer death figure.
As of March 1st, 2011, over 1000 First Responders have died (1,003), many from various cancers.
First Responders are still dying in unprecedented numbers today.

Of Ground Zero Dust
The map found on the USGS web site indicates the location of each Ground Zero dust sample.
The samples include 35 total sample locations with 2 indoor sample locations and 2 girder coating samples taken by the USGS team across the Ground Zero site.
We use 14 of the 35 total samples taken and those 14 samples were chosen because they all contained measurable and unusually high amounts of strontium.

First we’ll examine how the following elements
interact in the Ground Zero dust samples:

Barium
Uranium
Thorium
Potassium
Sodium
Zinc
Strontium & Barium
People might argue that strontium and barium could be found in building debris and they would be correct however strontium and barium could never, under any circumstances, be found as building debris constituents in a demolition in these quantities.
The levels never fall below 400ppm for Barium and they never drop below 700ppm for Strontium and they reach over 3000ppm for both of them at WTC01-16, Broadway and John Streets. Why?
Barium and Strontium are rare Trace elements with limited industrial uses. The enormous peak in Barium and Strontium concentration at WTC01-16 is readily apparent in the chart at right. The concentration of the two elements reaches 3130ppm for Strontium and 3670ppm for Barium or over 0.3% by weight of the dust. This means that 0.37% of the sample was Barium and 0.31% of the sample was Strontium by weight at that location, WTC01-16, Broadway and John Streets. The Mean concentration for Barium including the very low girder coating samples is 533ppm and for Strontium it’s 727ppm. These are not Trace amounts. They are highly dangerous and extremely toxic amounts. They are also critical components of nuclear fission and the decay process.
~ Whatever created the strontium also created the barium ~
Here we’re plotting the concentration of Barium at each location against the Strontium concentration. The correlation between the concentrations of the two elements, Barium and Strontium is extremely high.
The Coefficient of Correlation between the concentration of Barium and Strontium at the out-door and indoor sampling locations is 0.99 to 2 decimal places (0.9897 to 4 decimal places). So we have a Correlation Coefficient between the concentration of Barium and the concentration of Strontium of 0.9897, or near perfect. The maximum Correlation Coefficient that is mathematically possible is 1.0 and this would mean we have a perfect match between the two factors we’re examining and the data points would lie on a straight line with no variation between them. To obtain a Correlation Coefficient of 0.9897 with this number of measurements (14) around Lower Manhattan is very, very significant indeed. What this means is that we can say that there’s a 99% correlation in the variation in the concentration between these two elements. They vary in lockstep; they vary together. When one element varies so does the other. We can state with absolute mathematical certainty that any change in the concentration of one of these elements, either the Barium or Strontium, is matched by the same change in the concentration of the other. Whatever process gave rise to the presence of either the Barium or the Strontium must have also produced the other as well. Fission is the only process that explains this.
Next we come to the detection of measurable quantities of Thorium and Uranium in the dust from the World Trade Center, elements which only exist in radioactive form. The graph below plots the concentration of Thorium and Uranium detected at each sampling location. Again, the last two locations, WTC01-08 and WTC01-09, are for the two girder coating samples. The Uranium concentration follows the same pattern as Thorium, although the graph scale does not show this markedly. Uranium follows the dip at WTC01-03 and WTC01-16 but the highest concentration of Uranium also matches Thorium in the second girder coating, WTC01-09, at 7.57ppm. 7.57 greatly exceeds normal Trace element levels. This equals 93 Becquerels per kilogram. Normal background radiation is approximately 12Bq/kg to 40Bq/kg with 40Bq/kg the highest level we would expect to see. This girder contains more than twice the expected level of uranium. The second girder contained 30.7ppm of Thorium, 6 times as high as the lowest level of that element detected. Thorium is a radioactive element formed from Uranium by decay. It’s very rare and should not be present in building rubble, ever. So we have verifiable evidence that a nuclear fission event has taken place. As we said earlier, Thorium is formed from Uranium be alpha decay. An alpha particle is the same as a Helium nucleus, so this means we have one of the favored fission pathways: Uranium fissioning into a Noble Gas and the balancing elements, in this case Helium and Thorium.
The graph of Thorium versus Lithium including the Girder Coatings has exactly the same form as the graph showing Thorium versus Uranium, also including the Girder Coatings. Without the two Girder Coatings the correlation of Thorium to Lithium in the dust is completely linear. We therefore have compelling evidence that this fission pathway of Uranium to Thorium and Helium, with subsequent decay of the Helium into Lithium, has indeed taken place. It is out of the question that all of these correlations which are the signature of a nuclear explosion could have occurred by chance. This is impossible. The presence of rare Trace elements such as Cerium, Yttrium and Lanthanum is enough to raise eyebrows in themselves, let alone in quantities of 50ppm to well over 100ppm. When the quantities then vary widely from place to place but still correlate with each other according to the relationships expected from nuclear fission, it is beyond ALL doubt that the variations in concentration are due to that same common process of nuclear fission. When we also find Barium and Strontium present, in absolutely astronomical concentrations of over 400ppm to over 3000ppm, varying from place to place but varying in lockstep and according to known nuclear relationships, the implications are of the utmost seriousness. Fission occurred in NYC on 911.
Thorium and Lithium
This graph (right) shows that (apart from the very high peak in Sodium levels for one of the indoor dust samples) the Sodium and Potassium concentrations both display this now characteristic peak at location WTC01-16, the corner of Broadway and John Street. Sodium has the same peak as Zinc at WTC01-22, the corner of Warren and West, and like Zinc, falls to a minimum in the girder coatings – far below the concentrations found in the dust. Potassium is very similar except its concentration was not a peak at WTC01-02, Water and New York Streets, but somewhat lower then the next location, WTC01-03, State and Pearl Streets. There are clear correlations and relationships here which show that the Potassium and Sodium concentrations did not arise at random. They are products of radioactive decay. Remember that Strontium is produced by a fission pathway that proceeds through the Noble Gas Krypton and then the Alkali Metal Rubidium. Similarly, Barium is produced through Xenon and the Alkali Metal Cesium. We know that Uranium fission favors these pathways through the Noble Gases. Just as radioactive isotopes of Krypton and Xenon decay by beta particle emission to produce Rubidium and Cesium, radioactive isotopes of Neon and Argon also decay by beta emission to produce Sodium and Potassium. We would indeed expect to find anomalous levels of these elements present – what was found is again consistent with the occurrence of nuclear fission.
Zinc, Sodium & Potassium
We know beyond doubt that the only process that can cause Barium and Strontium to be present in related or correlated quantities and any process that can also cause Barium and Strontium to have such strong relational concentrations across different samples, is nuclear fission. We know that if nuclear fission had occurred that Barium and Strontium would be present and a strong statistical correlation between the quantities of each would be found, and we have that, in spades. What else do we have? Quite a lot.
About 400ppm of Barium and Strontium were measured in two samples of insulation girder coatings (WTC01-08 and 01-09). The concentration of Strontium actually falls somewhat below that of Barium in the second girder sample, WTC01-09, as at WTC01-16, whereas in every other sample the level of Strontium discovered was higher then Barium. Given the elevated levels of Barium daughter products found in the second girder and even the highest level of Uranium found (7.57ppm just West of and behind Tower One) this shows that active fission was still ongoing in the second girder coating, in the very same way as at WTC01-16 and therefore more Barium was found then Strontium. In other samples where the rate of fission had slowed down to give way to decay, the concentrations of Barium and Strontium reverse, due to the different half lives. Barium isotopes have a shorter half life then Strontium isotopes so they decay more quickly and after a period of time when no new Barium or Strontium has been deposited, Strontium will exceed Barium. The fact that more Barium then Strontium was still found at WTC01-16 and WTC01-09 shows that the overall nuclear processes taking place were somewhat favoring Barium over Strontium and hence Zinc as well. The tighter cluster of Barium (400-500ppm) and Strontium (700-800ppm) concentrations across widely separated sampling locations in Lower Manhattan is cast iron proof that Nuclear Fission occurred. We know that Barium and Strontium are the characteristic signature of fission; they are formed by two of the most common Uranium fission pathways. The fact that their concentrations are so tightly coupled means that their source was at the very epicenter of the event which created the dust cloud that enveloped Manhattan. This was not a localized pre-existing chemical source which would only have contaminated a few closely spaced samples and left the remaining samples untouched. The very high concentrations of Barium and Strontium at location WTC01-16 shows that active nuclear fission was still ongoing at that spot; the dust was still “hot” and new Barium and new Strontium were being actively generated, actively created by transmutation from their parent nuclei.
The presence of Thorium and Uranium correlated to each other by a clear mathematical power relationship – and to the other radionucleide daughter products such as sodium, potassium, zinc, lithium, strontium and barium – leaves nothing more to be said. This type of data has probably never been available to the public before and it’s an unprecedented insight into the action of a nuclear device. September 11th, 2001, was the first nuclear event within a major United States city that we have incontrovertible proof for and this is without question the most closely held secret surrounding the events of September 11th, 2001.
Anyone seriously interested in 911 truth will naturally be compelled to fully and thoroughly investigate the serious implications raised by this report personally, and I strongly encourage this. The material is complex yet if I can understand it anyone can.
No one promised us that the answers to 911 would come easily.
There’s more compelling and incontrovertible evidence I’d like to cover now. We’ll discuss the elements:

Vanadium
Yttrium
Chromium
Nickel
Copper
Lead
Zinc
In this graph Zinc has been divided by a factor of 10 to avoid losing all the detail in the scaling if the ‘Y’ axis instead went up to 3000ppm. The variation in Lead is matched by the variation in Zinc almost perfectly across all sampling locations, including the Indoor and Girder Coating samples.
The concentration of Copper follows that of Zinc with one distinct exception at WTC01-15, Trinity and Cortlandt Streets, just several hundred feet East of Building Four. There seem to be two Copper-Zinc relationships. If some of the Zinc was being formed by beta decay of Copper, then the high Copper at WTC01-15 could reduce Zinc, since formation of Zinc by that decay pathway would be retarded by material being held up at the Copper stage, before decaying on to Zinc. Therefore this graph does confirm that some of the Zinc was indeed being formed by beta decay of Copper.
This would at least be a very small mercy for the civilian population exposed in this event since the Zinc isotopes formed from Copper are stable, i.e. they are not radioactive.
Concentrations of
Zinc (Zn), Lead (Pb) and Copper (Cu)
The copper found in the Ground Zero dust is indicative of nuclear fission. If we plot the concentration of Copper against Zinc and Nickel, we obtain the graphs pictured here. The concentration of Nickel was almost the same everywhere, except for the peak of 88ppm matched by the Copper peak of 450ppm.
The Copper – Zinc relationship is very interesting, showing in fact two distinct relationships again depending on isotopic composition. There are two radioactive isotopes of Copper (Cu 64 and Cu 67) with short half lives of 12.7 hours and 2.58 days respectively which decay into Zinc isotopes. The other two isotopes (Cu 60 and Cu 61) decay the other way by positron emission into Nickel and in fact Cu 64 goes both ways, into both Nickel and Zinc. This would explain why there strongly appear to be two Copper – Zinc relationships.
The decay of radioactive Copper by beta particle emission into Zinc would have been another source for the extraordinarily high concentrations of Zinc found in the World Trade Center Dust.

Lanthanum is the next element in the disintegration pathway of Barium, situated between Barium and Cerium. The concentration of Barium versus Lanthanum is plotted in the graph below.
Barium (Ba) Versus Lanthanum (La)
This graph is almost identical in form to the relationship between Barium and Cerium. A similar inverse exponential (cubic) relationship is clearly visible. In this case, Lanthanum is approximately equal to 5 times the cube root of Barium.
Lanthanum has a much shorter half life then Cerium; most of its isotopes have a half life of only a few hours whereas beta decay by Cerium is measured in half life periods of a month to 10 months. Ceriums beta decay going back to Lanthanum occurs more quickly but Lanthanum’s beta decay going back to Barium occurs in a similar time-scale to that – a few hours, so we are left with the net effect of Lanthanums beta decay being much quicker than that of Cerium, so the concentration of Cerium remaining was higher than that of Lanthanum.
Yttrium is also a very rare element and should not be present in dust from a collapsed office building. Yttrium is the next decay element after Strontium. If we plot concentration of Strontium against Yttrium, we see what happens in the graph below. Strontium 90 has a much longer half life (28.78 years) than most Barium isotopes so we would not expect to see as high a concentration of Strontium’s daughter products as those that are produced from Barium. This is in fact what we see – the concentration of Cerium (next daughter product to Barium) is higher then Yttrium, the next daughter product to Strontium.
Strontium (Sr) Versus Yttrium (Y)
Without Girder Coating Samples
The presence of Chromium is also a tell tale signature of a nuclear detonation. It’s concentration is shown plotted against Zinc and Vanadium in the graphs below.
There is a strong correlation between the Zinc and the Chromium concentration. The Coefficient of Correlation is high, 0.89.
There is also an indication of strong correlation between Chromium and Vanadium within 6 points of lying on an almost perfect exponential curve, with one outlier, WTC01-03, the corner of State and Pearl Streets, of 42.5ppm where the Vanadium concentration reached its highest level.

Looking at the data for Zinc we see that the Zinc concentration for WTC01-02, Water Street at the intersection of New York, is 2990ppm and this immediately stands out. In fact, for the outdoor samples, Zinc is the most common Trace element at all sampling locations, with generally between 1000ppm and 2000ppm except for this spike of nearly 3000ppm at WTC01-02.
This equates to an enormous concentration of Zinc. 0.1% to 0.2% of Zinc in the dust overall and at WTC01-02, 0.299% of the dust was Zinc. This exceeds the concentration of the supposed “non-Trace” element Manganese and Phosphorous and almost equals the elevated Titanium concentration of 0.39% at that same location.
What process produced the zinc?
In the chart below we add the Zinc plot line in comparison with Barium and Strontium. The peak in Zinc concentration at WTC01-02 is also accompanied by a higher Barium and Strontium concentration for those elements than at any of the other locations except WTC01-16, but the concentrations of Zinc, Strontium and Barium all vary together in a similar way at all locations, except at WTC01-16 and in the girder coatings, which are the last two data points at the far right of the chart, WTC01-08 and WTC01-09.
WTC Dust Samples ･ Zinc ･ Barium ･ Strontium
If we include the data for WTC01-16, the Correlation Coefficient between the Zinc and Barium concentration is 0.007 to 3 decimal places, from which we can conclude that there is absolutely no correlation at all. But if we exclude that one sampling location, where Barium and Strontium concentrations peaked, the correlation coefficient between Zinc and Barium is 0.96 to two decimal places and between Zinc and Strontium, 0.66 to two decimal places. So what happened?

This shows that the Zinc and Barium concentrations are closely related and if we exclude what must have been an extraordinary event at WTC01-16 as an outlier, the correlation is very good. The Product Moment Correlation Coefficient is 0.96. The concentration of Zinc is now 3 times the concentration of Barium but the correlation between Zinc and Strontium is not so clear, showing that the relationship must be more indirect. This is to be expected since Barium and Strontium are produced by different nuclear fission pathways.
In spent nuclear fuel, Strontium is found as Strontium Oxide (SrO) – the Strontium produced by the nuclear fission explosion under the Twin Towers will certainly have been oxidized to SrO by the heat. SrO is extremely soluble in water, so some of the Strontium concentration results obtained may have been distorted by the rain water which fell on New York a few days after the towers were destroyed.
There is a very strong linear relationship between Barium and Zinc found at the World Trade Center. This may indicate that a closely related nuclear sub-process gave rise to them, which produced 3 times as much Zinc as Barium by weight. If so, that would be a very unusual nuclear event.
There is a lesser known nuclear process that accounts for this, which would be indicative of very high energies indeed. This process is known as Ternary Fission.

I don’t know how to introduce a book like this one. First, it’s very large.
It contains dozens of images Never Before Published of Ground Zero on 911, 9-12 and 9-13, BEFORE excavation, when just the rescue workers and their dogs were there searching for anyone that might be alive as well as bodies of those that didn’t survive.
This means the box beams and I-beams were as yet untouched and the im ages are extremely revealing.
These images are about 30-40 inches wide and 20-25 inches top to bottom.
They’re high quality, high resolution images and I had a choice.
I could reduce them, or I could PDF them such that YOU can repeatedly zoom the images and examine them in detail at full size as you’ve never before been able to do.
I took that choice and thus, the book is divided into two large files by necessity.
But now you can examine 911 images, zooming them repeatedly, like you’ve never been able to do before.
The problem I’ve experience in the past is that lot’s of people download part 1 and fewer download part 2 when I divide my books like this.
For that reason:
1. Half of the critical images are in part 1 and the other half are in part two. You’ll need and want both parts.
2. The text is divided such that you’ll need to read both parts to fully understand the nuclear event that 911 surely was.
To that end, using real science, real chemistry and real physics I successfully challenge the theories presented by Dr’s Stephen Jones and Neils Harrit that energetic compounds, specifally the compound Dr. Jones has with a velocity of 300mps could demolish the towers.
Further, this book is an open request by virtue of the text and the numerous citations, links and references, to debate Dr. Jones publicly.
I’m prepared to debate Dr. Jones on the issues of nano-energetic compounds, tritium, uranium, sodium, potassium, zinc, thorium, vanadium and the other elements in the dust.
Dr. Jones, thus far, has only covered tritium and very briefly, uranium.
My opinion, based on the evidence in this book, is that his science is deeply flawed and I can prove this.
In that debate I can and will prove 911 was a nuclear event.
Please, download both parts of this book. One part isn’t sufficient without the other. You’ll be glad you did.

Press TV has conducted an interview with Gwenyth Todd, former White House advisor, about the US spying activities. What follows is an approximate transcription of the interview.
Press TV: It seems that the hole that the US has dug for itself keeps getting deeper. Is this just the tip of the iceberg in your opinion or is there more to be revealed?
Todd: I think that in today’s times where we’re building facilities that can hold what I call zettabytes of information, I think that it would be naïve on anyone’s part to think that this is not just the tip of the iceberg. In fact I would say that nobody has any privacy anymore and I do not think that it is a secret between countries whether they are allies or partners or friends or even enemies that everyone seems to be spying on everyone else, everyone who can.
Today, back in 1929 in the United States, this sort have been unthinkable. There was a famous Secretary of State Henry Stimson who shut down the cryptanalysis office because he said gentlemen do not read each others mail. That was the view before World War II.
Afterwards, I think that it became a race to see who could [get] the most information and with today’s technology everybody is doing it.
Press TV: To what extent does the US use this information? The US claims that this keeps America safe, it also says that Europe is safe for today because of America’s snooping activities. Do you agree with that ?
Todd: I think it depends on what information people choose to look at because there is so much coming in that it would be like drinking water from a fire hose.
So there is always a political dimension. You will be looking for certain things to bolster a particular political policy or argument. So I think that just collecting huge amounts of data is not the issue, it is what you do with it and what you do with it is generally based on political goals and both parties do it if they are spying.
For example I think that Sydney Morning Herald also noted that in this case, this should come as no surprise to the Indonesians if indeed it is true and I do not know that it is true but I would be very surprised if it were not true. But why is it being raised right now is the real issue. And I think the answer may have to do with the asylum seeker policy and the Abbott government being quite tough with Indonesia and negotiations over the illegal immigration into Australia from Indonesia.
Whenever one country starts putting pressure on another country on an issue that is very difficult to deal with, often certainly there is a side issue that comes up that is an instant crisis. And this looks to me more like one of those carefully contrived to crisis to get the pressure off on another issue. I hope that makes sense.
Press TV: So what issue do you think this is, because this is not just Indonesia? We have seen the US spying on Brazil, President Dilma Rousseff was not very happy with it, German Chancellor Angela Merkel also raised a lot of objections over this spying activities on her cell phone, it is not just Indonesia, so what is the core issue from which attention is being diverted, in your opinion?
Todd: Whatever issue happens to be on the table with that country at any particular time, is my opinion.
I can give you an example of just how much data they mine on people. I had a lawyer go and ask for the files on me in New York, the United States. And he was told that there were over 50,000 individual files on me alone. That’s more years that I have been alive…
This is not something that is a surprise to anyone and should not be a surprise. The issue is again what is the thorny issue that we are negotiating that the country decides to distract everybody by raising the intelligence gathering issue, because by now everybody knows it is true or at least it appears to be true.
And Edward Snowden was just sort of the icing on the cake. Do I think that we have protected Europe? At various times yes. We cooperate with Europe, we share intelligence, we share intelligence with the Brazilians but I would no more be surprised to hear the United States for example is spying on Brazil and then assume that they are spying on the United States because states act in their own interest.
Press TV: I’d like to pick up on a point that you just made earlier about how it depends on what kind of information is being used and how it is being used. You gave an example of yourself.
We have seen some different alliances being formed here where the Australian embassy is being used to help the American government with its political leverage within different arenas.
So what about you, in your case as you gave an example? Was it the Australian government helping the US as well or did this happen over a longer course, in a longer geographical location?
Todd: In my case it was the Bahraini and the US government acting together against me, in fact with regard to Iran. Did it damage me? Financially yes and there I have no secrets but I am shocked at the amount of information they decided to collect in order to try to come out with one sentence that they might be able to use against me.
They can do that to anybody and I have had the FBI show me my own words, as I spoke them on a phone, a private phone conversation typed up. So America does it to Americans as well. But we take the example of Brazil, I would not be remotely shocked to see if the Brazilians are listening in on American’s calls when they are in Brazil or when they are in other countries.
Press TV: For the viewers to get a better picture of what is going on, would you care to elaborate a bit more on your story particularly?
Todd: Sure. Under the Bush administration, George Bush had the neoconservatives who were looking for a war with Iran and ironically led in part by former US ambassador to Indonesia Paul Wolfowitz, and they were trying to come up with a way to use the US Navy to start a war with Iran by getting the Iranians to shoot at our ships.
And I stepped in and did what I had to, to stop it. And as a result, I upset my government very much and the Bahraini government and I will not be returning to either place any time soon. I am an Australian citizen also.

But when it is convenient, they can go back and do a search and pull out all sorts of information, bits and pieces to drive a policy in the direction they want to.
Press TV: So what next? Do you think more legal action needs to be taken against US spying agencies, etc. to curb this and give citizens back their privacy or do you think the world as a whole needs to basically keep pace as technology develops to ensure that rights are preserved?
Todd: I think keeping pace is the only option. Whether I like to have privacy? Yes. Do I think people are entitled to privacy? Of course. But at the same time do I support intelligence agencies from any country for protecting citizens, innocent people? Yes I do if they are, if that is in fact what they are doing.
So I think the cat is out of the bag. This is not going to change. This is our reality now. So how are we as individuals exactly are going to keep pace and live our lives in this new environment which we have only woken up to, it has been going on longer than we think. But it has increased, it seems exponentially in the past ten years.
Press TV: And with this new raised awareness amongst the population of the world, where do you see this headed? Do you see this anger and this uproar actually culminating into real action?
Todd: No, I do not know what actually it could culminate into. That would be futile because everybody is doing it and so it would almost be as if they are trying to turn on yourself. There maybe one or two pure innocents in this mix but I doubt it and people can call for a legal action and they may even get it but that does not mean that people will follow the laws. There is really nothing you can do.
