HOOVER’S MESSAGE TO MANKIND

Hoover died at age 83 in 1998.

In his decades of service to our country, the Commander helped to provide to mankind the vision to go beyond our planet Earth.

He aimed to take us high and far to the stars.

This is because Hoover knew that we can be so much more.

We have the potential to be at once an Interstellar and a Hyper-Dimensional race.

Preface

Steeped as they were in the materialistic world view so dominant in the 20th century, it didn’t take most members of the scientific community and the media much time to doubt, denounce and discard the facts and experiences which George Adamski described in the books that propelled him into the international limelight in the 1950s, Flying Saucers Have Landed and Inside the Space Ships.

In addition, governments and the military had everything to lose from a general awareness that humanity is not alone in the Universe, or even in our own solar

system.

Yet, educating the public about the reality of Life on and from other planets was precisely the mission which Adamski had taken upon himself, and even in death he continues to be slandered for his pains.

Once our space probes had established that life as we know it was not possible on the dense-physical levels of planets like Mars and Venus, Adamski’s claims of having photographed space ships and meeting people from these planets were ridiculed, while skeptics tried to belittle him by cooking up lies about his profession, his character and his intentions, and covert government operations were allowed to go all-out to confuse the public mind about the true nature of the UFO phenomenon.

(Leslie had received some of Adamski’s pictures of the Venusian craft and in order to not spoil Adamski’s efforts in publishing a book, Leslie arranged to co-author a book with Adamski called; “Flying Saucers have landed”. An aristocratic background carries credibility and it could well be that Leslie was chosen or influenced by higher forces in “getting Adamski’s word out”.

 

Desmond Leslie refers to the work of a Meade Layne of California who was experimenting in `very advanced and mysterious fields of physics’ and who believed that `life on Venus takes place at a higher octave of matter than on Earth. Dr Layne gives details of Venusian ships, which fit in with many observation reports.)

Over the years much has been said and written about the man who is generally considered the first of the ‘contactees’ – very little of which involved much openmindedness and most of it being malicious theories, accusations, derogative comments, half-truths and outright lies.

Only a handful of authors, if that many, thought Adamski worthy of serious investigation.

While most authors, sympathetic or skeptic, busied themselves proving or disproving, as the case may be, Adamski’s claims about his experiences with UFOs and their occupants, he himself persevered and worked as hard as ever to help a deeply divided world obtain a sense of the fundamental oneness underlying all expressions of the universal life, which he experienced and was taught by his extraterrestrial contacts.

What he lacked, perhaps, in sophistication he made up for in urgency and steadfastness of purpose.

Rather than a proper biography which traces the life

of its subject, this book is more of a monograph about the scope and significance of Adamski’s work, which is reappraised here in light of the spiritual realities of life with the emergence into full public view of our Elder Brothers – the Masters of Wisdom of the Spiritual Hierarchy, headed by the World Teacher – and the Space Brothers from our neighbouring planets, at the dawn of the new cosmic cycle of Aquarius.

As these realities become clearer to more people every day, it will be seen that Adamski was hardly the “crackpot from California” that Time magazine and others made him out to be, but a visionary teacher who was far ahead of the small minds that were waging a cold war against not just political opponents, but against the fact of our interplanetary brotherhood, of which George Adamski was the bravest messenger.

So for the unprejudiced I now hand over the tale to George Adamski, who is the

first to be able to give us a documentary record of his experiences and

impressions on coming face to face with a man from another planet. Adamski

was not afraid when he saw the shining vehicle come down, nor when the

tremendous realisation burst upon him that he was standing face to face with a

living spiritual being, a man like ourselves, a human brother from another globe

of existence.

 

And so we who are of the same flesh and mould as Adamski can look up with

joy, rather than with fear, when from time to time other fragments; other people;

Sparks from the same flame, flash for a moment into the orbit of our perception,

knowing that, like ourselves, they are working out the full lesson of their worlds in

the slow, aeonic. struggling ascent towards union in the Central Mystic Sun,

known to sages and philosophers of all time as the goal and achievement, not

 

only of man, but of Cosmic Man himself, whom we shall re-become.

  

With two telescopes, one of which had a camera attached, Adamski said he was able to observe and photograph hundreds of saucers.

Now, for the first time I fully realised that I was in the presence of a man from

space—A HUMAN BEING FROM ANOTHER WORLD ! I had not seen his ship

as I was walking toward him, nor did I look round for it now. I did not even think of

his ship, and I was so stunned by this sudden realisation that I was speechless.

My mind seemed to temporarily stop functioning.

I am a firm believer that people who desire to convey messages to one another

can do so, even though they neither speak nor understand the other’s language.

This can be done through feelings, signs, and above all, by means of telepathy. I

had been teaching this as fact for 30 years and now I concluded I would have to

use this method if information of any kind was to pass between us. And there

were a lot of things I wanted to know, if I could only think of them.

 

So, to convey the meaning of my first question to him, I began forming, to the

best of my ability, a picture of a planet in my mind. At the same time I pointed to

the sun, high in the sky.

He understood this, and his expression so indicated. 

Now he understood perfectly, and smiling broadly he pointed to the sun; made

one orbit, made the second, then touching himself with his left hand, he gestured

several times with his right index finger toward the second orbit.

I took this to mean that the second planet was his home, so I asked, ‘You mean

you come from Venus ?’

 

This was the third time I had spoken the word ‘Venus ‘in relation to the second

planet, and he nodded his head in the affirmative. Then he, too, spoke the word

‘Venus’.

I was quite unaware we had taken off, although I

did suddenly register a slight feeling of movement. But there was no sensation of enormous

acceleration, nor of changes in pressure and altitude as would be the case in one of our planes

going at half the speed. Nor had we experienced any jerk as we broke contact with the ground.

I had an impression of tremendous solidity and smoothness, with little more realization of

movement than of the unnoticeable journey of the Earth itself as it revolves around the Sun at

eighteen and one-half miles per second. Others who have been privileged to ride in these

Saucers also have been struck by the same sensation of movement—or rather, the almost total

lack of it. But the fact is, with so many wonders crowding my consciousness, it was only later,

after I was back on Earth reviewing the night’s experiences in my own mind, that I could

begin to sort them out.

My attention was now called to the big lens at my feet. An amazing sight met my eyes! We

appeared to be skimming the rooftops of a small town; I could identify objects as though we

were no more than a hundred feet above the ground. It was explained to me that actually we

were a good two miles up and still rising, but this optical device had such magnifying power

that single persons could be picked out and studied, if so desired, even when the craft was

many miles high and out of sight.

“The central pillar or magnetic pole serves a double purpose,” explained my bench

companion. “Besides providing most of the power for flight, it also serves as a powerful

telescope with one end pointing up through the dome to view the sky, and the other pointing

down through the floor to inspect the land below. Images are projected through it into the two

big lenses in the floor and ceiling, as you can see.”

He did not explain whether this was done electronically or by some other means. Its

magnifications could be varied at will, and I suspect that there was more to it than a simple

optical system such as we know on Earth.

I looked up into the translucent dome. The stars had always looked near enough to touch in

the clear air of my mountain home, but viewed through this ceiling lens they seemed to be

actually on top of us. As I alternated between watching the wonders of the sky and the swift

Earth flashing beneath us, I noticed four cables which appeared to run through the floor lens

(or immediately below it), joining the central pole in the form of a cross.

How long will the secret of Dulce remain locked up inside the mute New Mexico mountains?

Dulce (Jicarilla: Lóosi, pronounced /ˈdʌlsi/, or occasionally /ˈduːsi/) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, United States. The population was 2,623 at the 2000 census, almost entirely Native American. It is the largest community and tribal headquarters of the Jicarilla Apache Reservation.

Thomas Castello & the Dulce Papers

There are three possibilities for Castello’s true identity and credibility as a whistleblower.

The first is that he is who he claims to be, a whistleblower who worked at the base.

The second is that he is using the name and identity of ‘Thomas Castello’ as a cover in order to reveal information on Dulce. In this case, he may be an ‘insider’ leaking information on abuses at the base who wishes to remain an anonymous whistleblower.

The third, possibility is that Castello is a bogus identity created by an intelligence officer to disseminate disinformation that steers UFO researchers and the general public away from genuine military related projects in the area.

A number of UFO researchers were apparently able to get in contact with Castello before his eventual ‘disappearance’ in the late 1980s and were able to get answers to a series of questions. [29]

According to both Branton and William Hamilton, fellow UFO researchers had personally met with Castello and could vouch for his existence and credibility. [30]

While the list of contacts and personal interviews with Castello are not extensive, it does appear that he exists while casting doubt on, without eliminating, the third possibility that his identity was concocted by intelligence officers.

It is this uncertainty that led to most UFO researchers not taking seriously Castello’s claims that supported much of what Bennewitz had been earlier arguing and was now associated with a disinformation campaign led by Air Force Intelligence (AFOSI).

Conclusion: Political Implications of Alleged Human Rights Abuses at Dulce

The whistleblower testimonies examined in this report persuasively point to the existence of the Dulce base as a former and/or current joint US government-ET underground facility built with ‘black budget’ funds that operated/operates without Congressional and Executive Office oversight.

The testimonies further support the view that the ‘Dulce war’ did involve armed conflict between US military forces, Base Security Personnel, and resident ET races. While the precise cause of the military confrontation remains unclear, it does suggest that one or both sides were not keeping commitments specified in an undisclosed treaty.

Given whistleblower testimony that one of these treaty commitments was ensuring that abducted civilians used in genetic experiments undertaken at the base would be fully accounted for, not harmed, and safely returned to civilian life, there is cause to believe gross human rights violations may have played a role in sparking the conflict.

Similar human rights abuses may well be occurring in other possible joint government-ET bases in the US and other countries around the planet.

The immediate political fall out from the ‘Dulce Wars’ and alleged ET abuses of abducted civilians was very likely an indefinite delay in public disclosure of the ET presence.

Following my spilling the beans, now proceeded the interrogation; they wanted to know why I told them about the K-24 samples, and it’s the old axiom if you’re asked why? you ask Why Not?.

The interrogation was ceased fairly quickly at that point, and we were brought into a Clean Sphere environment, external capsule Clean Sphere, where we were told what the real purpose of the project was. [loooooong pause ] ummmm …now I have to be VERY careful [smiles grimacingly]

BH: Is this something that …

DB: [interrupting, in a rehearsed, anunciated monotone:] Having had no previous experience with biological warfare [looks around (and I don’t have a polygraph hooked up to me here) repeating]

Having had no previous experience with biological warfare materials, it came as quite the surprise to me that they could possibly be considering the usage of an alien retrovirus recombined with a terrestrial viral genome for possible use in BCW activities, or at least possible activities that could move toward biological warfare as applied terrestrially. BH: Hunh! [looooong pause]

DB: The potential for its use in that kind of environment was inconsistent with my ethical boundaries.

It would have exited the ethical boundaries I place upon myself as a scientist, and that I believe society places on me as a scientist, it would also far divert from moral boundaries I believe my Creator has placed upon me as a human being. Therefore my answer was No. [pause]

And I thought that was it, and I don’t mean my participation thought that would’ve been ’all she wrote’. They agreed to house me in the facility, where I went with my cute little orange badge to a residential unit a little further down the tram line and one level below that (they did not change my orange badge when I went the level below).

My experience during the time I stayed there was horrifying. You know when you hear human beings screaming in pain?

DB: I think I’ve said all I need to say about that.

BH: So, have you seen any similar activity at the Papoose Lake site, S4?One of the horrifying things about the S4 facility is travelling in the elevator system and there is enough of a sound conduit in the elevator system where you can hear the sounds of the ’test subjects’ from the 3^rd floor while you are in the elevator system on various other floors, and the sounds are akin to what I heard at the Dulce facility.

DB: (nodding his head yes) Yes, S4, Level 3 .which is basically considered the ’housing unit’ ts been called different things; the ’Museum’, the ’Housing Unit’, the ’Hall of Tortures’ …the ’Animal Retention Facility’.

Every once in awhile you could hear the sounds of other vertabrates dogs, cats, monkeys, screaming some of which are just natural behaviors due to how they’re being kept, in sterile -when I say sterile I mean not conducive to a [?] environment, more like a housing facility such as a kennel, and occasionally you can hear the sounds of [here he chokes up] your brothers and sisters.

B: Then I met Bill Uhouse.

K: OK.

B: That’s an important event. Bill Uhouse was a mechanical engineer who, speaking out at Rachel and people that “you ought to meet Uhouse,” ‘cause by that time I had been speaking about some of these disclosure people we’re talking about. So I met Bill Uhouse and I thought it was hilarious.

Here he had been working on a flight simulator for flying discs so our pilots could learn how to fly them and one of the “chief consultants” on this top secret project was an alien that he called J-Rod! Right? And that’s where I first heard about J-Rod.

In 1999 I’m on the internet and I find there is a website I stumbled across when I, you know, typed in a search or something and here was this document, and I said, “Boy, this document’s awfully technical. I’ve never seen a document that was technical like this.” We call it the Q94 document.

And I’m reading through it, and I stopped when I got there and I saw: “Extraterrestrial Biological Entity: AQ-J-Rod.” J-Rod. You know … whoa! Wait a minute! And it was signed Captain Danny B. Crain, Ph.D.

So I got ahold of the person and I ordered a copy of this, flashed it around MUFON and said, “Hey, is anybody interested in this?” I couldn’t rouse any interest. [laughs] And I’m, like, “OK.”

And I couldn’t get any more information until 2002 when this person, Marci, contacted me and she said, “You know, Bill, I need help. I need help. Dan’s in trouble…” dadada.

And at that point I had not met Dan, I had not met Marci, and she just called me at work at UCLA and I said, “We have to sit down and talk.”

And I think it was on a Friday.

It was before… I was going to leave, go up to Vegas on that Saturday, and she called me in the afternoon just before I left and said, “Bill, how would you like to meet Dan?” And I said, “Are you kidding? Can you arrange that?” And she said, “Yes I can.”

So when I went there I not only met Marci for the first time, I met Dan. And when he first saw me… and I was wearing an Air Force cap… he took all these papers and his briefcase and he stuffed all the papers in the briefcase and he ran out of that room, ‘cause he didn’t know who I was.

And I said, “Oh, no,” you know. And Marci said, “I’ll handle it,” and went over to the elevator. Called me back in about five minutes later, and introduced me to Dan. And he was, like, shaking. I mean, I’m serious.

And he said, “You know I have to….” he said, “I’m very sorry I reacted like that. I have to watch myself. I’ve only got, you know, two hours of liberty.”

Right? And Marci says, “I’ve got a private room,” you know, the library where we were. And so we went in there. I had one hour with him. He was very nervous. He had a cold or something that first time, but some of the answers he gave me that first time knocked my socks off.

I said this guy has met an alien, because there were certain things that he knew that were so typical that I had picked up along the way from Brian, from everyone, right?

K: And you certainly had a background at that point to be able to evaluate somebody like that…

B: Oh yeah, after 25 years…

Principal government organizations involved in mapping human genetics, the so-called genome projects, are within:

• the Department of Energy (which has a heavy presence on the Nevada Test Site)
• the National Institute of Health
• the National Science Foundation
• the Howard Huges Medical Institute
• the Dulce Underground Labs which are run by the DOE

Thomas had revealed that the chief of the genetic experiments for Los Alamos and Dulce is Larry Deaven.

According to Thomas, the alien androgynal breeder is capable of parthenogenesis. At Dulce, the common form or reproduction is by polyembryony.

Each embryo can, and does divide into 6 to 9 individual “cunne” (pronounced cooney, i.e. siblings).

The needed nutriment for the developing cunne is supplied by the “formula,” which usually consist of plasma, deoxyhemoglobin, albumin, lysozyme, cation, amniotic fluid and more.

The term “genome” is used to describe the totality of the chromosomes unique to a particular organism (or any cell within an organism), as distinct from the genotype, which is the information contained within those chromosomes.

The human genes are mapped to specific chromosomal locations. This is an ambitious project that will take years and a lot of computer power to accomplish.

Is the alien and human BIO-TECH being used to nurture and serve us, or is it being used to control and dominate us? Why have UFO abductees been used in genetic experiments?

It was when Thomas encountered humans in cages on Level 7 of the Dulce facility that things finally reached a climax for him.

Row after row of thousands of humans, human-mixture remains, and embryos of humanoids were kept in cold storage.

During the first hour, historian Richard Dolan talked about his impending book, co-authored with Bryce Zabel, titled AD After Disclosure. He noted that the book was inspired by the fact that disclosure is often discussed in the UFO community, but few researchers ever go beyond that idea to contemplate “what happens next.”

Dolan was optimistic about the forecast for humanity in the event that UFO truth is revealed, but cautioned that a lot will depend on what we learn about the ETs. While he was adamant that UFO disclosure is an inevitability, Dolan was skeptical of the idea of a long-range conditioning process.

On the contrary, he said, “what I see is that they have no plan to prepare us for contact.”

Journalism tipping point: Media coverage of UFOs now serious

… the recently-published book “UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go on the Record” by journalist Leslie Kean also raised the standard of public discourse on the topic. Kean´s book, which received good marks from respected scientists, brought objective reporting standards to the exploration of a very challenging area for journalism.

In addition, significant UFO incidents such as the 1997 “Phoenix lights” case, the 2006 O’Hare airport sightings and many similar credible reports seem to have steadily moved the ball forward on responsible news coverage.

We might get a good idea of how such a transition might play out in the book “A.D., After Disclosure: The People’s Guide to Life After Contact” by Richard Dolan and Bryce Zabel. The book is due out in October and should provide a reasonable blueprint for how we can adjust to more overt understanding of unusual visitors to Earth.

Dolan is a respected researcher on government and the UFO phenomena. Zabel is a former CNN journalist and now a film and TV writer and producer. Both should bring solid journalistic standards to this discussion.

The new NBC TV suspense series “The Event” uses episodic drama to portray such a situation, as have many other TV shows, movies, novels and works of creative fiction – or, in some cases, possibly fact-based fiction.

In the meantime, we only need read the local newspaper, turn on the TV news or scan the Web to find an increasing amount of serious, open-minded and professional journalism coverage of this interesting topic.

And, if we want to read between the lines or delve deeper into the many books, documents and historical records, there is even more to discover and consider.

Journalism will continue to play an important role in exploring the subject of UFOs and extraterrestrial visitation. The scientific, defense, intelligence and the creative film and TV communities will undoubtedly also be key contributors in helping us to grasp the truth and adjust to changes.

Eventually, many of our school books and college courses might need to be updated as new information is learned and confirmed.

These all seem to be reasonable, natural developments that might now be accompanying a safe and steady process of education and disclosure about the real possibility that we humans are not alone in this vast universe.

1. The 1947 Twining Memo.

For good reason, this is one of the most important UFO documents we have. On September 23, 1947, right at the beginning of the “modern” UFO era, General Nathan Twining, Head of the U.S. Air Material Command (AMC), wrote a classified letter to Air Force General George Schulgen regarding the “flying discs.”

He said the objects were “real and not visionary or fictitious.” They may possibly be natural phenomena, he wrote, such as meteors.

But:

“the reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and action which must be considered evasive when sighted … lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled either manually, automatically, or remotely.”

Twining listed several common descriptions of UFOs. They generally were silent, had a metallic or light reflecting surface, no trail, were circular or elliptical in shape, and often flat on the bottom. Many descriptions indicated a dome on top. Several reports indicated they flew in formation. Quite specific information, indeed.

Gen. Nathan Twining, C/O of the Air Material Command at Wright Field, where Roswell debris was flown for analysis by the laboratories there.  On September 23, 1947, Twining wrote a famous Secret memo (text format) stating that the saucers were real, and urged their serious study through the cooperative effort of many government and military agencies.  (The day after Twining’s memo, Truman allegedly created the Majestic 12 group.)  Twining’s memo was prompted by Schulgen’s earlier probe, also concluding that the saucers were real.  Schulgen then requested that Twining and his command conduct a more thorough investigation.
